I ordered a CuraYou Red Light Therspy…

I ordered a CuraYou Red Light Therspy heating-healing mat 10 months ago. I used it on my neck, my back, torso and knees depending on where the pain was. The mat heated up quickly and got pretty hot, which is what I like. I found relief after just a few uses and felt very relaxed when using the mat, sometimes I would use it after a long day just to feel the comfort of the heat, knowing it gave me a sense of calm, which made me feel better all over.

Unfortunately after about 10 months, the red lights went on, but no heat. I reached out to CuraYou, and they responded right away, asked me to go through a process to make sure the settings were on correctly, and cables connected properly, which I did and nothing.

Emma was my representative who walked me through everything , and couldn’t have been more thorough, kind and responsive through the entire process. After we realized the mat wouldn’t heat up, she promptly sent me a new one within a few week. Emma went above and beyond to address my issue, I was under the year mark, and they stood by the guarantee. Emma is truly a caring individual, who provided stellar service, follow up’s and made sure I received my new RLT mat. I haven’t experienced service like this in a long time, it was really awesome. I appreciate and respect all she did to help me, and more than anything, I’m glad to have my new mat, I wouldn’t be without one, and because of the awesome treatment I received from this company, I plan to purchase one for my sister.

Our health is our wealth, and anything we can do to promote healing naturally is my go to.

I wish more companies were like CuraYou…

I wish more companies were like CuraYou with their customer service! I purchased my first one November 2025. I loved it! I use it every night before bed. I wasn’t 100 percent sure if it was working, though, until I had a sharp pain in the middle of my foot. Used the pad on it and there was a noticeable difference after 20 mins. So I continued with it for a few more nights and pain went away!! Suddenly, my pad stopped working after only a few months of having it. Not sure what caused it but I reached out to CuraYou to ask why and if they could help since I did invest in the product. After sending them a video of what was happening, they not only replaced it, they provided the version above it. They made it right, and I can’t thank them enough for taking the time to understand my concern. I just got the new CuraYou, and I’m very excited to add this back in my nightly routine! Thank you, CuraYou!!!

Emma, in customer service is wonderful

Customer service has been wonderful to work with since day one.

Emma, the individual I’ve been communicating with, is very knowledgeable and wonderful. If you need to call customer service, see if you can request Emma and you won’t be sorry.

I had problems from day one with the order, but Emma worked with me and resolved the issue within a day. They understood the problem and made it right. Most companies customer service is a joke. They never listen to the customer, and there’s always some type of underwriting, to make sure that they don’t have to pay for replacement or repair. Curayou never questioned what I was saying.

There a couple things that need to be improved. One is, the user manual. It needs to be more detailed regarding how to set the remote for the product. I had to contact Emma in order to clarify some details. The other thing is on the remote you can set the time, but there’s no beep or alarm to tell you when it’s finished. That would be very helpful, I have to set an alarm on my phone to let me know when it’s finished.

Once again, I would request EMMA if they let you ask for someone.

I would definitely order this product again

I love how the tray covers all my teeth! I tried other brands that only concentrate their effort on the front teeth for sole whitening purpose. I use it every morning for 5 minutes - it reduces my gum bleeding, and anecdotally I no longer get nose congestion. Our organs are very much connected and it’s important to cover health holistically.

I also wanted to thank Emma for getting back to me quickly with a free replacement when my tray stopped working. I understand they were testing new design that could have some defects, and I’m actually thankful to know that you guys are continuously improving the product!

The curayou red light is the best…

The curayou red light is the best investment I’ve made so far! It is so helpful with getting rid of pain and inflammation, and I use it daily. Great Product Incredible Customer Service

First of all, the product is great and I can feel a difference in my mouth after using it for less than a month. I had an issue with the charger when I received it and contacted them. Emma in customer service is fantastic! Not only did she respond right away, but she also followed up. She corrected the issue and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the experience very easy and pleasant.

It made inflammation worse

It made inflammation worse. These products are marketed as if you can expect to be healed in 60 days, which isn't the case. This company cannot be trusted. Their products do not work. Stay away.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is the opposite of what we want for our customers, and we take it seriously.

Red light therapy is documented in thousands of peer-reviewed studies to have anti-inflammatory effects, so we were genuinely concerned to read this. That said, a small number of users who are particularly sensitive do experience a brief adjustment response in the first few sessions, a temporary increase in discomfort as the body responds to the new stimulus. This is similar to how muscles can be sore after starting a new exercise routine, and it typically resolves on its own within a session or two. Reducing session time can also help minimize this while your body adapts.

If you were using the Cura OralRevive Elite™, occasional discomfort can sometimes be caused by the mouthpiece fitting tightly against the gums, causing irritation. Applying a small amount of coconut oil to your gums before each session can help significantly with that.

As for our messaging, our 60-day guarantee is designed to give you enough time to experience real results, not a promise that every condition resolves within 60 days.

Consistency and Patience

I got this pad for my knee. It really improved my knee but you must be consistent and patient and, if so, you will achieve the necessary results. The reason I didn't give it a five star was because the controller malfunctioned before the year was up. It took quite awhile before I got a new controller which meant I had to go without the pad for a few weeks. But now I'm back to using the pad and my knee can definitely tell the difference. Good product!!!!

Great customer support & Red Light Therapy pain relief!

Positive experiences with Curayou

I have ordered both the healing pad and oral care products from Curayou. I am impressed by the products themselves asI have noted a decrease in discomfort after using the pad for 20 minutes daily over the past five weeks. This encouraged me to purchase the revive oral care product as I have had gum procedures in the past. While I won’t truly know its effectiveness til I have my next check up at the periodontist in May I feel pretty confident of a positive result based on my observations after using the pad. A bonus is the responsiveness of customer service. I reported that the tooth tray wasn’t working properly after using it for about a month and the company promptly sent a replacement product. The way they stand behind their products is a positive for me.

Second, the device is very uncomfortable to use. The hard plastic frames surrounding the light panels press into my body, causing discomfort and leaving marks on my skin. I have used similar devices in the past that featured flexible, soft panels, which were much more comfortable.

Additionally, the device does not appear to provide any relief for my pain. It tends to overheat and becomes uncomfortable quickly. In comparison to other models I have used, the heating sensation is much slower and gentler, allowing for longer and more tolerable treatment sessions.

Svetlana, I'm truly sorry about the delivery frustration you experienced. You placed a backorder for the Cura LaserFlex Ultra, and the carrier unfortunately lost your initial shipment. We sent a replacement right away with free express shipping to make up for it when you let us know, but I completely understand how disappointing that delay must have been.

I hear you on the comfort issue. The hard plastic design isn't for everyone, and it sounds like our flexible Cura ProWave Deep Healing Pad™ might actually be a better fit for you. It's much more comfortable for longer sessions. The low-level lasers in the LaserFlex require a hard-shell casing to meet safety requirements.

For the heat, I wanted to mention that the device has adjustable power settings (low, medium, high) and a pulsing mode (10Hz) that produces much less heat while actually providing better pain relief results. Did you try adjusting the settings ?

Since your device just arrived on February 2nd, you're still very early in the process. Red light therapy typically takes 4-8 weeks of daily use before you'll notice meaningful relief.

Anyways, upon your request we alerady sent you the return shipping label on Feb 12th, so you're free to return the device to us for a refund.

Excellent and prompt customer service

Excellent and prompt customer service! I really liked the 2024 model, but got an upgrade recently to the 2025 dental/gum device. It has some new settings the older version lacked, with increased options for light combinations that I am loving. Also, the mouth plate fits better and I definitely notice the continued healing of gums.
