KukuBird Avis 

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, for three pairs of leggings, and luckily paid through PayPal. No communication, no dispatch email, nothing. So I opened a PayPal dispute for goods not received, they didn't respond to that. I responded to their "thanks for buying from my business!" Email, they replied and said two pairs of the leggings were out of stock and they were waiting for a restock of these. They couldn't answer why they hadn't contacted me to alert me of this delay! Shoddy grammar/spelling, shoddy customer service and judging by other reviews, looks like shoddy leggings too. Glad I have now had a refund. First and last experience of Kukubird... one to avoid!

This is what happens when you dont run a business honestly.

Ordered the "free leggings" which are priced at 11.99 so you would guess that you would be getting a pair worth 11.99. No, the offer applies on any leggings so they can send you any of their old sale stock (which is what I got and a lot of other people in the Kukubird group) it features a screaming face down both legs.

Then they are asking for 5 star reviews on the product to make it look good, to get a 5% discount. Bribery for positive reviews, not very ethical.
I placed a 3 star review for these leggings on the site as I don't think they deserve 5 stars for being deceptive in their pricing for the offer, it's still not been published... Take that as you will.

Surprised by the poor reviews! I already had a pair I’d bought a year ago from bluebanana but they were showing signs of wear (I wore them a lot!) and I wanted to replace them, and ended up buying 4 pairs in different styles from the kukubird website as they’re so cheap! They arrived the next day even though I had free delivery. The quality isn’t, you know, phenomenal but it’s incredibly decent given the price of them! They’re really soft and comfy and super easy to wear. They don’t have much variance in size (I’m fortunate that ‘one size’ does fit me) but I’m more than happy with the price vs. quality of them

Bought some free leggings (just pay p&p) the pattern has severally being misprinted and there are small white lines in most of the triangles. Because the colours are so vibrant, this sticks out. I have tried to contact kukubird but no response. The kukubird Community are practically saying its my fault because i ordered some free leggings. If I ordered free leggings or paid for them, I do not expect for there to be misprinted. I'm not the only one either!

Really bad quality! Material is 88% polyester which mean u gonna sweat... i dont like smell its like when u order something from really chip site like e.g. alliexpress. U can buy similar legins on alliexpress, joom or wish for like £3-£4 so save your money!

I just received my leggings today and I couldn't be happier. The material is lovely quality, and warm. Looking forward to ordering again 😊😊😊

Ordering was simple enough. But had a voucher for 20% off but there was nowhere to enter it. Contacted their customer service and even tried instagram but zero response in 48 hours. They happily take your money but wont give you the time of day or even an option to use a voucher code they themselves advertise quite prominently on their homepage.

I even added a message to the order to ask them to apply the discount but they still took full price. Probably will be my first and last order.

On August 6th I placed an order of a bag and a scarf. I got a confirmation e-mail immediately and the payment went through. I paid for International premium delivery (1-2 days) which cost about the same amount as the items themself. On the 16th I haven't heard or received anything and I write to Kukubird, asking when I can expect my items. Four days later I finally get a sign of life from Kukubird: "I have checked your order is in return because, lost some documents."
On August 23th, 17 days after placing the order, I got my money back.

I bought a purse from their website for my mother, it was great, she loved it!
They have some good, funny designs.

Item came on time as expected, no problems there,
Will buy again for sure, the items make great gifts!

I came across with this website after purchasing their item ebay. As a returning customer, I bought an owl-designed purse with normal royal mail delivery service. The item arrived at my place on time as expected.

Definitely a growing website with reasonable products and items.
