Terrible quality. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased three sets of lashes from Kulan Beauty, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I followed their tutorials and attempted to apply the Louella lashes for the first time. The right lash stretched and lost its shape before I could even wear it out. I didn’t even try the left lash.

For a product advertised as reusable, the quality is honestly terrible. How can something designed for multiple wears become damaged during the very first application attempt?

I contacted customer support, but their 30-day warranty doesn’t cover it. I can return the two unopened sets for a refund, but I’m left with a damaged set I never even got to wear.

Their explanation was that the magnetic bands are flexible and changes in shape can occur during application. After one attempt? If that’s considered normal, it says a lot about the quality of the product. The lash stretched and lost its shape.

Really shit quality. Save your money and don’t buy these lashes.

Avoid this company and do not pay for the insurance either.
I ordered my product almost a month ago. It said it was delivered but checking in my post box and pur foyer where ither poat is left safely it wasnt there.
Asked them for help and told me after weeks they would send me a new order.
Its been over a week and still they havent sent it out yet. Its just been sat on created a shipping label.
Just go to a store and buy some strip lashes!

I’ve been a loyal Kulan Beauty customer, and while I recently experienced some issues with the quality of my magnetic lashes, their customer service truly exceeded my expectations.

I reached out to share my concerns about defective magnets and provided feedback on their newer designs and applicators. Ysabela was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. Despite my purchase being outside their 30-day warranty, they graciously made a one-time exception and offered two complimentary replacement sets in my preferred It Girl style.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely listened to my feedback rather than dismissing my concerns. It’s refreshing to see a company that values customer satisfaction and continuously works to improve its products.

I want to start with the good things first which is that the lashes do look so good once applied, the packaging is nice and the whole process is easy.

Now moving onto the bad things, it was my first time ordering from Kulan after seeing them on social media, originally I was going to just order a set of the one box of the press ons but I thought to myself they seem so good i will treat myself and order a multi pack,I ended up spending about $100. After my order was placed and received my tracking number it said delivered within 2 days but the AUS POST tracking number was wrong as it got delivered somewhere else I raised an issue with AUSPOST first and email kulan they were quick to respond and assured me my order was still on the day and they had the correct address and provided me with a “new” tracking number which turned out to be the same as the original one with the wrong details so I ended up downloading the shop app to get the right tracking to my order. The lashes came and I was so excited to get them on as I had an event I really wanted them for I had them on for more than 24hrs I treated them like lash extensions not getting them wet for the first 24hrs so far I was very impressed so when it came to washing my face which I only use warm water and I wash out out the shower I felt my eyes being so heavy and tacky and when I tried to open my eyes all of my lashes glue was transferring on my bottom lash so I gently opened my eyes with my two fingers and when I looked at the mirror all of them were hanging off my eyes….. so I said ok maybe I should use warm water so after that I didn’t another set of press on his time from a different pack and again went to wash and rinse my face this time using cold water and the same issue.

I don’t know if I just got a bad batch of lashes but the fact that I opened up two different sets and they both fell out after a day I honestly should have just gotten my lashes done professionally as I paid almost the same price. Safe to say that I won’t be purchasing from them again as it was a waste of money and time for application.

This business has been absolutely amazing with my purchase mishap, so happy with the professional service they gave me and I so appreciate all they have done for me high recommendations for this business they are truly amazing and the magnetic lashes are so extraordinary beautiful 🤩

Never been a fan of magnetic lashes as I actually found them more difficult than strip lashes.

However Kulan's is actually very easy to put on and surprisingly works exactly like their advertisements.

A really healthy replacement for lash extensions and has helped my lashes grow a lot. Really quick and easy for everyday use.

Shipping was quick, customer service helped me pick out a good style for me.

Really innovative and amazing product. I'm a noob at lashes and found Kulan beauty ones the easiest to use out of all the other brands. I bought lashes from wosado which fell off really easily and are not as easy to use. The magnetic lashes are really great quality and I like how they have voluminous styles

Could not get them to stick, fiddly and not at all user friendly.

Tried their lashes a year ago, when I got them in the mail (took a long time AU to US) I believe, I found the lashes to be more difficult to put on and did not look as good as their pictures/videos. I left an honest 2 or 3 out of 5 star review and they deleted it. So dishonest, I’m still upset about it to this day, such a waste of my money for overpriced cheap lashes and a fraud company who deletes reviews and probably fakes them.

Stupid looks so fake and really uncomfortable. The applicator is so cheap and hard to use. The only thing i liked is the case they came in lol

They came to me with 2 1/2 so i can't use them at all

I am someone that uses glue on lash strips often. I actually found these harder to get on than glue on ones. So you know how everyone’s eyes are different and you need to cut accordingly? Well there is only one shape to this lashes. When I put it on the corners don’t come close enough so they aren’t very secure on the edges. It is not easy to get them on and I feel like it kind pulls at my natural lash when taking them off so it doesn’t come off nicely either. The shipping was fine I had no issues with the actual company. Packaging was cute. I thought if I was in a rush I could use this but it just takes longer so I haven’t really used it so $50 down the drain really.

Poor product quality and misleading business practices. My lashes began falling apart within two weeks—the magnets detached and the hairs shed significantly. Additionally, my order was incomplete, requiring three weeks of persistent follow-up to resolve.

Prospective customers should be aware that this company appears to curate its website reviews, as my 1-star rating which included a photo of the lashes half bald was never published. I suggest looking for third-party reviews for a more honest representation of their products.

SCAM please do not order anything from this company!! Ordered in AUGUST OF THE LAST YEAR, emailed them multiple times since then, no reply… messaged them on instagram, commented under their videos, and guess what? THEY BLOCKED ME!!! Do not buy from them, total scam

I've actually never left a Trust Pilot review before but I've decided to write one here because I truly believe that this brand deserves commendation, and the negative reviews on here are genuinely shocking to me.

Maybe some people received a faulty product? But I saw some people saying that they "don't work" and I think that is honestly an application error, because the magnets need to be facing each other or they won't magnetise. I was able to figure it out pretty easily by watching their tutorial, but when I gave it to my mum to try she was pretty confused at first so I do see how some people may think they don't work initially. But they definitely do work super well, and my mum has never used lashes before she was able to apply them perfectly after a couple tries.

Ive bought over 5 pairs of Kulan lashes now, they are the best magnetic lashes I've ever tried. I have very sensitive eyes so I can't use lash glue and this is honestly the solution I've been looking for. I've tried Wosado lashes before but their styles just aren't that nice for me personally, they dont really stay on either and break easily. Kulan lashes has so many different options and each pair lasts me 3+ months. Their customer support team is amazing too, I've had an order get lost in transit - it wasn't even their fault and they offered to ship it to me for free. So Kulan has really earned a loyal customer for life with me.

I've tried many other magnetic lash brands, and I've found kulan to be the best quality. The mirror case comes in handy and i never have to reapply given it doesn't come off until you actually want to take them off. It works really well for me, i don't really use anything else anymore- a holy grail in my makeup, i feel less panicked about applying lashes now

Literally doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact them. No one replies to the live chat on their website; I’ve just messaged them on instagram. Save your money!

They aren't easy to apply, they get stuck on the applicator so I'm not sure how to apply them

The lasehes look really bad and sit wayy out from your lash line. They also don't post negative reviews from verified customers... pretty dodgy/misleading business practice imo.
