took nearly 7 months to ship a jersey that was supposed be a 2-6 week preorder. company email was shut down so I couldn't even email them to ask for an update or a refund, and trying to get a refund through paypal was a nightmare. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

now its 11. April 2026 and the Seller cant be contacted anymore because the email does not exist and i never got my order.

It was great but I wish there was better communication on the status of the order. I will give 4 stars because the even though the shirt came on time before the concert and it fit perfectly, they reduced the price by $20 after I bought it. Bummer since I probably would've ordered more at a reasonable price (around $40). Quality is pretty good as well not too thin and true to description.

My shirt is coming 3 months after the order was placed. I ordered the Sana shirt in October, didn't get a shipping confirmation until December, but only to get the predicted arrival date to be in January. This shirt was supposed to be a Christmas present but now it'll be a month late. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Quality is nice, and customer service is great as they were able to swap color of the shirt for me.Though it took a while to come in it was worth the wait. it was my first time ordering but it certainly isnt the last 😄

Not my first purchase from KVintage. Their shirts are fantastic and I’ll never hesitate to pick up a new drop. The quality and comfort of their products are worth it.

Great Quality and easy ordering

Very good quality and very comfortable!! I bought 3 shirts, but unfortunately bought sizes that are too large. I would go with just your normal size. I bought a size up bc sometimes companies that say “oversized” don’t make it in oversized styled, but it is very oversized.

I’ve been waiting nearly eight months for my order of shirts, and it has been an ongoing back-and-forth trying to get updates. Lynn, who has been handling my case, has been kind and has made real efforts to follow up, which is the main reason I’m giving three stars instead of less. Unfortunately, despite her help, it feels like management hasn’t taken the necessary steps to resolve the situation promptly.

The experience has been frustrating: I only have a USPS tracking number showing that the package is still waiting to be received, and every update has been delayed. Meanwhile, I keep seeing ads for their new shirts, but I still don’t have the ones I ordered months ago.

That said, the shirts themselves are good quality when they arrive, which makes the situation even more disappointing. With better accountability and faster order fulfillment from the company’s leadership, Kvintage could easily be a 5-star brand.

I like Kvintage and i ordered and recieved my first purchase with no problems but now i am waiting forever and the tracking information shows no sign of any update just „in transit for 14 days“ no update where its at or when it will be delivered.
Shipping in general took forever i ordered in may and still haven’t received my order. At this level i just hope the delivery will come at all

Ordered in May and have not received item yet and it is now the end of July. No email updates. Others have commented on social media page asking for updates with no reply.

Wish I knew it was already oversized. Bought 1 size to big. Other than that amazing quality and experience from start to delivery.

They were willing to accommodate me in resizing my order even though it was after the fact. They're great with communication and fast shipping, the shirt I ordered is also very high quality.

I have still never got my order it's been 3 months

The shirts came about almost 2 months after I ordered them, I'm not sure if that's normal but it seems long to me. Once I got them I was really happy with how they looked and I enjoy wearing them.
However, after about 2 weeks, the stitching in my Mina shirt came undone, creating a big hole in the side. Before this I had only worn this shirt once so I was really shocked and disappointed.
