Kwumsy Avis 13

I bought the Kwumsy F2 14" Triple Portable Laptop Monitor two years ago (Feb 2024). Ever since, I have used the extra monitors multiple times a week and still have no problems. As a Dutch person, I was sceptical of the quality before it arrived. Therefore, I waited two years before posting this review. But the quality is good and sturdy (solid and durable), A-brand worthy. Shipping was fast and extra import cost were under €20 back then.

Devo dire che mi sono fatto una buona idea del prodotto. Sebbene abbia avuto un esperienza con la dogana non delle migliori... Devo rivalutare la mia recensione e dare la mia giusta opinione.
• Non sono costretto o nulla del genere... ma l'avere messo 2 stelle in meno al prodotto da parte mia non è giusto.
• Buon prodotto al tatto e la pressione dei bottoni del Kwumsy k3 non è male.
• I bottoni di per se fanno un po' fatica a essere riconosciuti all'inizio, forse perché il software dovrebbe essere aggiornato. Poi va meglio.
• Rimane un prodotto di nicchia.

PS: È un prodotto che però se aperto non potrà più fare il suo viaggio di ritorno.

This is a HARDWARE KEYLOGGER, beware of this company!

I bought a portable screen for my laptop from this website, but it turned out to be a defective and dangerous product. It records everything I type on my keyboard, including passwords and personal information, and sends it to an unknown server. This is a serious violation of privacy and security.

I tried to return the product and get a refund, but the company ignored my requests and gave me false excuses. I searched for information about this website and I found out that it is not registered and the owner’s data are hidden. This is a sign of a fraudulent and unreliable website.

I advise anyone who reads this review to avoid this website and this company at all costs. They are scammers who sell faulty and harmful products. I have reported them to the police and I hope they will be shut down soon.

Total disappointment with the company and the product I was extremely disappointed with both the product I received and the customer service of this company.

The product was not as described on the website, it had scratches and dents, and it did not work properly. It was a waste of money and time. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, they refused to acknowledge my complaint and they did not offer any solution. They even threatened me with legal action if I left a negative review. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am going now to explain and report the situation to the authorities!

The Kwumsy S2 laptop screen extender has real potential if the specifics needed for your laptop weren't hidden and then so damn confusing to figure out. Make sure that your laptop has the right ports!! You need specific port output or one or both of the screens won't work. If that happens you're in for some frustration. The manuals aren't that clear and support is difficult to get. I'm returning it.

Terrible customer service. Product was faulty, asked me to provide a video which I did. Then asked to return it to what is a student accommodation building. Not responding to any emails or calls and no sign of a refund. SCAM!!!!!!!

It was with apprehension that I put my order for the P2Pro triscreen from Kwumsy after recently being scammed after ordering a similar product from a different website. We did look at reviews and felt that the Kwumsy site was legit. There was a little more apprehension when our bank rang twice and sent numerous texts saying that it was a potential fraudulent access of our account. Advised the bank I had made the order. Anyhow, I did receive emails and a phone call from Kwumsy and then I received the item in good condition and it works very well. I am very pleased!

Best bit of kit we have for streamlining/ video editing. We run two pc’s together and three screens. now we have dumped old keyboard and gained a fourth screen which maybe small but much much better and useful than a stream deck. Use as chat screen or set up as macro’s or both !

Purchased the K2 and couldn't be happier. Am usually a little nervous buying what I cant see or touch for anything over a hundred bucks. I am truly impressed though. It is perfect for what I need and the switches can be swapped out easily since its hot swap so I am very pleased! I placed my order and got it delivered all the way to Hawaii within a week. I give them 5 star recommendation!

Overall, as I thought, there's a nice key feel, the LED backlighting works well, and it's easy to operate.
The touchscreen makes the whole thing a bit worth using. OSD operation is very simple
Because these switches are pluggable in case you want to replace them later. But if you prefer a click rather than a linear switch, you can change the lighting mode.
The keyboard and portable monitor screen in one, which I think is a good design and more comfortable to use.

Perfect fit for my 2019 16” Macbook Pro.
