Couldn't Recommend more highly !
First thing to say is how beautiful La Gent etched glasses are. We just bought 2 different designs of champagne glasses and they are gorgeous. 2nd is to say how fabulous La Gent's customer service is. One glass arrived broken and it has since been promptly replaced.

La Gent went above and beyond to ensure that my order arrived as quickly as possible for a birthday deadline. I ordered the Maison Balzac olive oil bottle, which is now the most prized possession in our kitchen. Went above and beyond
We were under a tight deadline nearing Christmas to have 20 mugs delivered to site . Due to postage delays they would not have arrived in time. La Gent went out of their way to pick up the delivery from the depot and bring them to us by hand in central London. We cannot thank you enough.

Poor customer support
I ordered 2 glasses for Christmas for my wife. However, upon receipt, they were damaged. These things happen, but when i raised the issue to La Gent to ask for a replacement / refund, they have not responded despite me chasing multiple times via email and phone

My sincere apologies. We did not deliberately ignore your messages but they unfortunately got caught in our spam folder. We periodically check this folder but as we have been even busier than expected, we did not get a chance to check within the last week.
I will most certainly get a replacement pair out to you tomorrow. I hope you can understand that this is an unfortunate oversight rather than ignoring your messages. (I can show proof of the emails getting caught in our spam folder if required). We always try and rectify any issues as soon as possible as the majority of our reviews will show.
