Order to finland
I ordered the regime des fleurs sample kit which arrived all the way to finland very quickly and efficiently. Some of the cards were missing their artwork but that's insignificant to me since the samples were in pristine condition otherwise. Thank you! :-)

Failed to fulfil order.
On 17 June I received a message from La Gent saying my order was on the way to me. However, on 21 June I received a message from La Gent saying they could not fulfil my order. Very disappointing, since it was a birthday present.

I can only apologise here. Our system was showing some stock available so we believed we could fulfill this but upon closer investigation the stock was no longer available.

I ordered a porcelain plant pot, via La Gent’s website, for which I needed expedited delivery. I emailed the shop and they sent it out the same day; excellent customer service, and the pot is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I will certainly shop at La Gent again.
