Hello, I checked your order and I can see you made the order on Friday 26th. The package was dispatched on Monday 29th. As this is an international order, we say to allow 7-10 working days to reach you due to customs clearance etc. It has been 7 days today. I checked the tracking and the parcel appears to be ready for delivery today or tomorrow so this would be within our delivery terms. I regret you received an email asking you to review your order before receiving it. This is because most of our orders are domestic and usually receive the parcel in 2-3 days.

I bought it over the weekend so it was shipped the next working day but they kept me updated with my shipment info. Packaged well and am very happy with my perfume.

Do not trust,fake brand.
Bought 2 oil perfumes which stopped smelling after 15 days.
Tried to contact them via chat but no one there to reply.
Until yesterday I tried over the chat.
You can’t refute this,I have paid £60 for a 15ml oil perfume,if the brand isn’t fake,how come it doesn’t smell after 15 days?
I bought the same in US,the perfume last 8hrs+,till the last drop it was smelling the same.
Do not sell fake brand by using original brand name.For sure you are aware of it,in case you don’t then tried one by yourself or I can send you one of them which I have purchased from you.

We refute this. We reply to all our chat messages and emails and have no record of you contacting us. As you can see from our other reviews, we are not a fake brand. Sometimes things do not work as expected but we always try our best to resolve any customer service issues
