I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the order I received.

The contact lenses arrived without the original box and without any solution/liquid, which is completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about hygiene, safety, and the authenticity of the product.

Additionally, the quality of the lenses is extremely poor. They feel cheap and unreliable, and I do not feel safe using them.

The colors are also completely different from what is shown on website. The product I received does not match what was advertised at all, which is misleading and unacceptable.

This situation is very serious. Selling contact lenses in this condition can potentially put customers’ health at risk.

LA BELLA Lenses(27815) is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I placed my order on September 6th, and today is September 14th , my order is STILL “waiting to be processed.” This is completely unacceptable, especially since I have reached out to their so-called “support” team multiple times with ZERO response.Their lack of professionalism, communication, and ability to deliver basic customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time and money. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I will be taking further action if I do not receive an immediate resolution.

Professional scammers i made a lens order my order number is #27804 and its been almost 1 and half 2 weeks i still havent recieved my order its not even been shipped out yet there not replying to my messages either on whatsapp and there not helping with my matter if my order is not shipped out im going to report this company to the hmrc so there bank can be searched and investigated there big scammers.

A fraud for sure

A fraud for sure, don’t buy from them and be careful. My order number was 27421. I bought a pair of lenses on the 10th of April and there has been no response since I ordered, no confirmation and no nothing. If it was not a scam they would have at least replied to the email or the many many messages I sent through instagram. They would have at least refunded me!! Even the number they give is not right and some guy answered and said that, like what kind of customer service is this? there is none. Probably the good reviews are written by them so they can keep scamming the people who don’t know. Wish I had known before ordering but I will not stop spreading this information and I won’t stop till I find you and get my money back. Please do NOT buy from them!

Unresponsive customer service

Hi, I received my lenses yesterday and one arrived torn. I have tried to reach out several times regarding my order via email but there is no reply. Please assist. I have emailed both info@labellalenses and support@opticano and there is no response. The instagram you provided under “Contact” does not accept messages. My order is 26644 and one of the green pixie lenses (yearly) in power -5.00 arrived torn in the vial. I sent an email with the image attached.

Fraud, be careful

The lenses didn’t even reach me, I had no answers from any contact information, support email doesn’t work. Basically a big fraud, do not buy from here.

Our policy does have exchange for a product found with a defect. All you had to do is contact our support no later than 48h after delivery to request an exchange.

It is easy to notice a defect just 5 min after trying on your lenses and get back to us, we provide our customers with 48h. Your claim was made 30 days after delivery which totally voids any exchanges.

We hope this explains exactly why we were not able to provide you with an exchange.
