I ordered three lenses …
I ordered three lenses with power from Labella and by mistake, I’ve chosen the wrong power so immediately I wrote them an email, and after 30 minutes they answered my email!! communication with them was so good and everything went smoothly, shipping was one day after they confirmed the changes of my goods.
it took around 5 days till I received them in Germany, my eyes are so sensitive but the quality of these lenses are high and I use them for the first time for 6 hours without any problem even though I had to pay tax here in Germany because of those 3 lenses but still it worth it and I’m so satisfied with my purchase ☺️

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with your lenses.
Our return and exchange policy clearly states that you have 48h after receiving the lenses and finding a problem with them to contact us immediately with photo proof to request an exchange for free. We did not hear from you since their delivery on the 20th of November and today is the 6th of December; the day you are leaving us this negative review.
So this clearly indicates that the lenses have been used and damaged by you.
You state that the lenses arrived torn and they were dry when tried. How can you know that they are dry if you didnt use them for a long period? Dryness is only experienced when the lenses are used for a long time, but since they were torn, you can not put them in your eyes and experience the dryness you are stating. We can accept the torn part, but not the dry part.
You also didnt mention that you ordered 2 boxes from different color and model so it is obviously impossible to have received both of them torn.

Just to clarify something for you.
The order was shipped to you on the day you made your order which is the 15th of September. It arrived the next day to Dubai on the 16th of September.
Since that day until the 19th of September, DHL was not able to reach you by phone to inform you that you had to pay The 10 Dirhams = $2.72 for customs duties which is taxed by the UAE, the country you are living in. What you payed isn2t taken by us nor DHL it is taken by the state of Dubai.
You accepted to pay and they attempted to deliver on the 20th and the 21st but you were not home to receive your order. Today is the 22nd and we can see that you agreed with DHL on a time that is convenient to you to be home.

So the 1 star you just gave us is not what we deserve for our service and our business. And hope you will change your mind and review after reading our reply.
