I had a very special order with a logo we wanted to add. Labwear made it extremely easy and fast to add our logo and embroidery to the coats. There was a small problem with my order, and they fixed it in 1 email. I did not have to call, or sit on hold. The customer service was excellent! We are a customer forever. Thank you very much.

1st time order and pleased!
1st time order from labwear but I would definitely recommend. The quality is great! I ordered a fluid resistant 40in lab jacket in medium. The color is teal. I should have gotten a small but that’s my fault. I’m very pleased with the jacket. Will probably order another later.

Unprofessional….Will stamp their company’s name, their company’s phone number and their company’s website on your lab coat you PAID for, with a permanent Black ink. No caring if someone May have allergic reaction or it the spot was reserved for something else
When writing, please recheck, If there is a typo, they will not fix it. They will just print it and send it; However charge as professional service company.Be careful.
When you call to make a complaint, they are defensive and nonchalant… Instead of fixing the problem. The Will argue back-and-forth.
The lab coats are not free, or does not come at a discounted rate ( to be marketed on) .
Only do what people are paying you to do. “Being the best lab coat-Providers.

Hello Christina, We are sorry that you are not happy, but we are not sure why you are offended by us having our name printed inside the coat where nobody can see. We are often (very often in fact) complimented that we have our name/label in the coat because people do not always remember where they purchased the coat from. So it makes it easier for them to find us again. As for your typo complaint, we have no idea what you are referring to as there was no mention of a mistake on your coat and we ALWAYS fix any mistake we make.
