Don’t shop here
Don’t shop here. Products took ages to arrive. Customer service is appalling and take forever to respond.
The returns process is something from the 1970’s. I would not recommend using this company

Bestilte flere ting til min bedre halvdel. Kvaliteten er super og forsendelse gik som det nu engang gør.
Nogle af tingene skulle byttes til andet. Ombytningen gik lidt langsomt, men meget hjælpsom kundeservice og nu først de begydte at skrive på mail gik hele ombytningen meget nem. De byttede til de andre ting og refunderede noget hurtigt.

My wife like the product. However the return is terrible. It takes forever and you feel very aggressive in terms of letting me return. It’s a one way shop. Good if it works, which it has done for several times but first return and you act terrible.

Customer support non existent.
Just tell you to keep waiting
If you want something from them be prepared to wait for weeks.
Can’t tell you anything about the quality as nothing has shown up yet.

Forsendelse oprettets, men sendes ikke
Begynder at tvivle på om det er reelt eller scam.
Har handlet d. 8/12 og straks blev der oprettet et forsendelse nr. Men pakken er forsat ikke afleveret til pakke firmaet.

Krånglig retur
Gav bort flera produkter till min sambo i födelsedagspresent till ett värde av cirka 1500 kr. En produkt passade inte. Vid retur var jag tvungen att skicka ett mail med en bild. Vänta in (gick snabb) ett svar med retursedel och blankett. Själv skriva ut dessa och fylla i blaketten (vem har en skrivare idag) och posta med DHL. Samt betala frakt 99 kr. Vill du undvika detta så välj ett annat företag.

Meget besværligt at returnere, og en politik om at trusserne ikke må tages ud af indpakningen for så kan de ikke returneres. Dét er underligt anno 2025. Skal man så bare gætte om man kan få dem på?😂

Difficult returns
Delivery took a month. They dont let you return panties if the packaging is opened, even if they've not been tried on, so you can't even check the colour / style. Be warned. Thats the issue with buying from small shops. Cost to return is also not cheap. Overall I would not recommend if a UK customer.

Ikke den kvalitet som jeg havde…
Ikke den kvalitet som jeg havde forventet af undertøj til den pris. Købte to par trusser hvoraf det ene par er fine og behagelige. Det andet par passer jeg tydeligvis ikke da jeg får foldet dem ud men nu kan det ikke byttes da det er taget ud af indpakningen. Ligeledes sidder bh’en ikke som den skal. Det er rigtigt ærgerligt at det ikke engang kan prøves uden at returretten ophører.
