I own a HVAC company and needed something like this so Sent them a message because of the website said they would not take a credit card because of crappy customers. Asked if there was another form of payment because I was not going to pay with a check in the mail. They responded saying “then you wont get a ladder crane”. I responded “great salesmanship”. Laddercrane responded “It sells itself you're a crappy customer with a bad attitude! This isn't Walmart where you get it the way you want it”. I responded “ I’m not a crappy customer. I was simply asking if there was another form of payment, but thank you for revealing yourself to me.“. Now I'm building one myself. Dont buy from these crazies.
I am writing about our experience with laddercrane.com They are a business in Gilbert Arizona that also goes by Expert Cooling. That is the name of the company in the email sent after taking our money. They claim on their website that they will ship the product within 3-5 days. They did not wait to capture over $1,100.00 from our bank account for when the item shipped. They took it immediately. We have called them daily and sent emails to their “customer service” I have reached out to them on YouTube and FB messenger as well. They have blocked me for simply asking why they won’t ship the product & practically begging them to do the right thing & refund us if they don’t have the product. We are a family business & have seen another person on FB complaining of the same issue after 4 wks of waiting. Now, they have changed their recording to say they can’t answer calls as they are “too busy.” I feel that we have be scammed and am now being forced to take legal action to obtain our funds. They have caused us so much trouble, worrying because they have our personal financial info and we have had to pay over $300 today for another crane company to help with a job when we should’ve had OUR product that we paid in full for on 10/2/23. If this issue is resolved I will edit my review. Unfortunately, I doubt it will be resolved until we have litigations in court.
