Ladders and Access Avis 

I selected Ladders & Access (which are based in Bristol) because it had "guaranteed next day delivery". (Actually the second working day for afternoon orders.) I telephoned & confirmed the ladder would be delivered the "next" working day before placing the order. I telephoned the next morning to confirm the ladder would be delivered the following working day. This was imperative as I was travelling to the site to take delivery (resident householder elderly and weakened by cancer treatment). I went to the town (c.100 miles away) the previous evening, slept on the floor & waited all day for delivery before travelling home. No ladder. The first communication was an email the following morning asking for this Trust Pilot review. When I telephoned it was suggested I missed the delivery - on further enquiry it was established the ladder did not leave Bristol until the day after the "guaranteed" delivery. (For avoidance of doubt the delivery organisation was not only contracted by Ladders & Access - no details are shared with customers.)

Really great experience. Good price for the product, really quick delivery and with a courier who was willing to help get the delivery onto site and in a safe place. There was one part of the product that was faulty (manufacturers error) but these guys had a replacement part out within 48hrs. Really can’t fault them. Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop with them again!!!

I ordered a scaffold tower from website and the image was not as ordered. Tower was not packaged. On my return request they wanted 20% of the value....with photographic evidence of no damage. Really disappointed. Returns state 'no quibble'.

I placed an online order for some ladders on the 28th Aug then on the 29th aug i was contacted by a member of the sales team informing me that the ladders were not in stock and would not be until the end of september i asked for a refund the chap i spoke to agreeded as this was not my fault i was told he could do this online and would take a few days so the following tuesdsy i called to politly chase up the refund to be told it will take a few days and he would chase this up with accounts it has now been 7 days still no refund this is not good im self employed and have had to put jobs on hold as a result not sure why it takes so long to press a button and refund my money

Seems good if thing's go well and you get what you order. Otherwise the customer service trying to get anything resolved is impossible and takes months! It's been 4 month's now and unfortunately I've given up.

Issue with 3rd party delivery company - spoke to Ladders & Access Solutions and the gentleman I spoke to called 3rd party company and found out what was happening advised I had been waiting in for 5 days for this delivery. Gentleman called me back to confirm delivery Monday or Tuesday. Thank you either Andy or Allan you are brilliant 👏

Had great communication with customer service before placing order. Purchased the Little Giant Velocity Pro with a whole host of accessories to make our lives easier and safer.
