I cannot thank Charley from LadyHaye enough for her assistance in relocating my dog and cat from Australia recently. It’s such a stressful time worrying about their journey but Charley made the process a lot easier. She was so helpful in letting me know how my pets were getting on through the vetting and customs process. I am very grateful to Charley and would happily use LadyHaye again.

Ladyhaye was extremely helpful with enabling our pups to navigate customs at Heathrow. When looking for an agent to work with, Ladyhaye was the most responsive and clear as it relates to steps needed, and ensuring our pups had all the proper documentation so that they did not get delayed. With their help, I was able to rest assured that our pups were well attended to.

Cerrie Louise and the team at LadyHaye were incredibly helpful during our move with two cats from Uganda back to the UK. We had some challenges with our vet in Uganda and LadyHaye went above and beyond to support during an incredibly stressful process. Highly recommend!

We emigrated to Perth Australia from the UK July 2026, the process took many months from start to finish but Ladyhaye especially Bex were absolutely amazing and very helpful and responsive if I had and questions.

Lady Haye were excellent in transporting our precious Hungarian Viszla from UK to Vancouver in Canada. Even when Air Canada cancelled all dog passengers Bex went above and beyond to secure an alternative flight with BA. She worked in the evenings and kept us posted on our boy's progress. Nigel and the team were excellent. They handled our Labrador Whisky’s move from London to Delhi end to end, and did so brilliantly. They took him twice to the vet for his medical certification, managed all the paperwork, and worked hard behind the scenes with their counterparts in New Delhi — making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and hassle-free. They even brought Whisky over to us at the airport before our departure. He came through calm and in great shape, and has settled into his new home wonderfully. Couldn’t thank Ladyhaye enough for all their help relocating our fur baby to Australia! I was kept updated throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.
Our process took a lot longer due to our moving date changing which meant we had to repeat tests etc again. Natasha & Lisa were amazing at managing this and kept a schedule for us to follow. Ruby is loving her new life here as are we so thank you all so much xx

From the very beginning, Bex and the team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable — especially navigating the complexities of relocating a brachycephalic breed, quarantine requirements, flight changes, and all the stress that comes with an international move.

Our journey involved transport from the UK through Sri Lanka, quarantine in Melbourne, and onward travel to Perth, and throughout the entire process we always felt Tazzy was in safe and experienced hands.

What really stood out was the communication and reassurance during what was honestly a very emotional and overwhelming time for our family. Moving internationally with a baby, dog, and our whole life in tow was huge, and having a company that genuinely cared made all the difference.

We would absolutely recommend Lady Haye to anyone considering relocating their pets internationally — particularly owners of bulldogs or other breeds requiring extra care and attention.

Moved my 3 year old Dalmatian from the UK to Melbourne. Throughout there was great communication and my dog arrived in Melbourne happy and healthy. Thanks to Bex who ran with this. Brilliant service highly recommend.

Extremely happy with Bex and her efforts to get our cats to us through difficult times. Bex proved to be efficient and nothing was too hard for her when faced with challenges due to issues out of her control. Would definitely recommend her and we would certainly use her again if the need arises!

Where do I start, the process from the beginning to the end. Won’t lie it as been stressfull , challenging and emotional.
But Bex is outstanding, her communication throughout is another level. I honestly don’t know how she does it, even through the most stressful part on rearranging flights & quarantine due to the Middle East situation.
