Bex at ladyhaye was recommended to me by a friend who had made the journey to Oz the year before. I knew straight away this was the agent I wanted to use without a doubt. My friend introduced us and bex was nothing short of amazing.
Throughout the process Bex had strong communication skills, emailed straight back to my ridiculous amount of questions. Plans, quote and guidence were clear from the start.
We flew to Thailand first and our dog was flying 4 weeks after us, I get safe in the knowledge that bex had built up strong communications with our vets in order for us to leave our friends to give daisy the send off instead of us!
During quarentinebex also supported us when our dog required vet visits due to stress.

We have transported our dogs back and forward between Scotland and Australia many times over the last 17 years and I can honestly say Ladyhaye is the best company we have ever used.

The attention to detail by Bex is phenomenal and whatever crazy question I WhatsApp to her at whatever ridiculous time (even early on a Sunday morning!) is always answered promptly as well as accurately and helpfully! On the one occasion we had a telephone discussion I was impressed by Bex’s immediate knowledge of the detailed and ever changing complex import rules for pets heading to Australia! We were organising the transport not long after the rules changed for quarantine time from 30 to 10 days and Bex was the only person from various companies I spoke to immediately knew that Lucca could ‘automatically’ do 10 days as he had flown from Australia to the UK in recent years. She was most impressive when I quizzed her on the detail!!

In addition to arranging Lucca’s international flights Bex also liaised with PEQ on our behalf, answering all the questions which would have confused me! She then organised his ‘release’ from quarantine and flight up to Brisbane so we had no hassle at all.

The other ‘little’ issue which happened close to our departure date was the Middle East airspace closing down due to the bombing and I felt totally reassured discussing possible alternative flight routes if that became necessary.

Finally, she kept us up to date with every move Lucca made from Glasgow to PEQ which was very reassuring!

Bex from Ladyhaye was an absolute god send during the process of moving Bertie from the UK to Perth. She came recommended by a friend and was 100% worth enlisting her services! Alongside all the other stresses of moving having Bex guide us through the export for Bertie was invaluable. AMAZING!! I can't recommend Bex and Ladyhaye enough. Bex and her team have been outstanding throughout the whole of our journey sending our cocker spaniel Milo from the UK to Australia. It's the most stressful thing I have been through and Bex was on hand to answer my silly, panicked questions and reassured me every step of the way. When we decided to fly Milo to Perth from Melbourne instead of collecting him, Bex and Kelly supported us to do this. It's the hardest thing to do but being able to trust Bex and Ladyhaye made it a little easier. Milo is now living his best life with us in Oz!

I moved my four cats from the UK to Tasmania with the help of Bex from Ladyhaye. Although it was a stressful experience with a 30 day quarantine in Melbourne, Bex was always quick to respond to any questions I had and everything was arranged without issues. Ladyhaye just transported my 5 year old Labradoodle to New Zealand, and I would highly recommend them. Professional, friendly, communicative - and focussed on the wellbeing of my dog throughout, they supported me and my vet navigate the mountain of paperwork, and went the extra mile to make sure a complicated logistical process was aligned - providing friendly reassurance throughout. I paid to have a bespoke crate delivered to my home several weeks beforehand so my dog could get used to sleeping in it and felt this lessened the trauma of such a long journey. I used their pickup service from an airport hotel at Heathrow, and was very impressed with the care and service. I received updates both airside and mid flight, where she was let out for a run at Doha. Highly recommended.

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Bex from Ladyhaye has been.

We started the process of sending our two girls to Australia and after looking at the amount of paperwork required and the complexity of everything, decided to contact Bex.

Everything was taken care of the second we made the phone call. Bex sent a personalised plan to send to our vets, took care of all of the paperwork behind the scenes, including speaking with our vets on the phone to help ensure the paperwork was completed perfectly.

We were kept up to date constantly, and reminded to book appointments when we forgot!

Fast forward to the day of the journey, the girls had been booked in for their flight and the airline decided they weren’t happy with the crates we had provided. Bex worked late into the evening re-arranging flights, organising deliveries of new crates and speaking to the airline on our behalf. Being 1am in Australia, we couldn’t have done any of this ourselves.

The girls have arrived safely and it’s like they never left us.

If you’re thinking about doing it yourself, yes you will save money, but if you’re looking to remove a huge amount of the stress of moving abroad for what is in the grand scheme of things, a relatively small cost, I really can’t recommend them more.

The process from finding Bex and Ladyhaye to actually getting our dog from the UK to Australia was about 10 months or so. We timed it so we sent our dog a week before we completed on our house sale.

Throughout that time Bex has stayed in constant contact updating us, sorting out the correct vets appointments and paperwork, answering general questions and just being the definition of “ great customer service “

The process is long and daunting with all the vets visits and paperwork, not forgetting sending your dog off on a plane but Bex helped immensely and made the process so smooth.

She is an absolute dream and you really do get value for money using Ladyhaye. We used their services to pick our dog up from our house to take our dog to the airport and then Bex’s contacts in Australia to get our dog from quarantine to our home state. I’m pretty sure there aren’t many companies these days that offer such good service and personal contact along with extensive knowledge of the industry and vets procedures required for what is a minefield in getting your pet abroad!
