Thanks to Lady Haye and superstar Bex my dog ​​​​Lucky safely arrived in Australia. Lady Haye is a professional company that will guide you through the whole process of moving your dog. It is a long and a bit complicated process and there is a lot of stress associated with it. Thanks to Bex who is very professional in her actions everything went as it should. Australia is very strict about documentation and vaccinations and Bex took care of every detail and I could always count on her even after working hours, a very kind and dedicated person. Lupin arrived in Australia safely and completed his 30 days in quarantine without any issues. Bex also then arranged for onward transport to Perth via Departure Pets. Ladyhaye were amazing.
When I was bringing my final family member, Alfie, to the UK I was recommended this company by my agents in Thailand. Ali who was my contact at the company was amazing and she kept me informed every step of the way. When my dog arrived at London customs (who are also amazing) Ali gave me prompt updates on the status and sent me all the information I needed to collect him.
If you are bringing your pet into the UK I can't recommend them enough. They have a true love for reuniting animals with their owners.

From start to finish Kelly was reassuring and knew everything I needed to do on what dates.
Safe to say I was a bit of a lunatic when it came to shipping our family dog over to Australia, it kept me up at night and I was calling Kelly over random things.
