Ladyhaye International Pet Travel Ltd Avis

We are reunited with our Melek (Turkish for Angel) and cannot recommend Lady Haye highly enough. This complicated, emotional process has been made seamless from the minute we enquired til picking her up at Melbourne’s PEQ (Post Entry Quarantine).
Bex’s attention to detail is second to none. Answering every query promptly and efficiently. Organising all the pre trip vet work. Reassuring us every step of the way.
The extra complication of having moved Melek from Turkey (with the extra vet work required) and homing her in the U.K. for 6 months with fabulous foster parents before flying to Australia didn’t phase Bex in the slightest.
An amazing experience through an extremely stressful time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Emma and Don (& Melek)

If I could I would give 6 stars!
It was the second time I used their service and the whole process was again so smooth. Bex guided me patiently through every step of the relocation process. They really do care about you and your pets and that is why it makes such a difference. If you want to hire the best pet relocation service in the UK: do not look further.

I can thoroughly recommend this company.
We were given their name by the owner of a company which transported our dogs to Singapore several years previously, but he has now retired.
Everything he told us was spot on.
We used Ladyhaye for the UK side (incoming) of a trans-Atlantic transfer of our son's 4 year old labrador retriever. Our son had contacted a Pet mover in the USA to arrange the pre-flight work and the flight itself and to liaise with Ladyhaye at the UK end.
They were very efficient and checked all the paperwork thoroughly (far more rigorously than the US pet mover) and ensured that paperwork like the Rabies certificate were corrected to avoid any non-compliances with DEFRA regulations. I found them very personable, they explained everything in detail and always replied quickly to my emails or texts. Bex handled everything up until the week before the flight and then handed everything over to Ali. Both were excellent.
We used their delivery service and the driver was spot on time , friendly and obviously a dog lover.
Nigel, you have a very good team.

After being very let down by a pet relocation service recommended by our movers we found Ladyhaye via Trustpilot. From the beginning Bex was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we met the necessary requirements to move our 3 pets to Dubai from the UK. We went from being very stressed to having Bex get things under control for us very quickly. She responded to emails extremely promptly and always advised of next steps very clearly. Our pets arrived in Dubai safe and happy which says it all.
Highly recommend!!

Ladyhaye helped me move my pet from the UK to Lebanon. They were amazing and very professional! Bex is great!! They made an extremely stressful situation much more comfortable. They reply really quick, answered my million questions, updated me daily on the process, and helped me solve a lot of problems i happened to face with the papers. The best service and i couldn’t have wished for anything better!

Bex at Ladyhaye was just absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I cannot recommend her enough.

We were moving from the UK to Dubai and obtained three quotes. I have to be honest at first I was a little worried to accept Ladyhaye because their quote was so much cheaper than the competitors but I am so so so glad that we went with them.

Bex is efficient at answering emails and will get back to you within minutes. From the initial instruction all the way through to receiving our cat and dog in Dubai Bex was there to answer any questions. She organised all forms, visas, import documents and arranged with an agent in Dubai to help deliver our animals to our home. We just can’t recommend the company enough.

Thank you so so much Bex.

Well, we can't thank the team enough at Ladyhaye. With the changes to Australian quarantine, Bex took it all in her stride and smoothed out all the bumps. The details of what and when to take the dogs to the vets were invaluable, and the handover at the airport went without any issues. Updates from Dubai and again once they landed into quarantine all gave us peace of mind.
The dogs arrived healthy and passed all inspections in quarantine and were picked up 10 days after arrival, happy and contented without any ill effects.
Peter and I would certainly not hesitate in using Ladyhaye again for any animal travel and shall be recommending to all our friends and family.

Alison Hills at Ladyhaye International Pet Travel guided us through every step of the way helping us to get our French bulldog Honey from the UK to India safely, despite having never completed a move between these countries before.
We couldn't recommend her enough! She was calm, extremely reliable and always available to answer any questions we had, not to mention very flexible with our travel plans.

Bex Pratt guided us every step of the way through the planning, travel and delivery of our 13yr dog from the UK to Australia. Bex is nothing short of a true legend and the ultimate professional as she compassionately walks pet owners through the stressful journey of transporting their beloved pets. Her knowledge, patience and guidance is outstanding!! We couldn’t have done it without her and can’t thank her enough. Thank you Bex, you’re a star 🌟

Alison was really helpful and always available for advice. I took my French bulldog from UK to Delhi. My Dog arrived safely.

Bex at Ladyhaye has been fantastic throughout the process of bringing our dog from the UK to Australia. She has been very helpful and very responsive to my endless email queries.
I could not recommend Ladyhaye enough! They have been excellent

I honestly can't recommend Bex and the team at Ladyhaye enough. Her communication was second to none, keeping us up-to-date and reassured throughout the whole process. She was great at ensuring our dog was getting all of the required vaccinations, medication and blood tests at the right times and she made the whole process seamless. She arranged for him to be collected from his foster home to be taken to kennels near Heathrow where he went through his final vet check and then organised the collection from the kennels to Heathrow too. Literally every element was so well organised and executed and I can't believe our dog is finally with us here in Adelaide. If you want a stress free experience exporting your dog to Australia then look no further than Bex at Ladyhaye! Thank you!!

Bex went above and beyond to get our dog home, took many months of red tape and Illness to get Toby from Turkey to Australia via the UK.
9 months later he’s here and I can honestly say that wouldn’t have happened without Bex/Ladyhaye.
Dozens of emails with communication second to none.
We are beyond ecstatic (and I think Bex is 😅) and would definitely recommend if amazing service and dedication is what you’re looking for.

Our dog flew to the UK and we received excellent service and compassion. We would recommend their services. Thank you for everything that was done for our furbaby.

We moved to New Zealand and wanted to take our cat with us. We had not realised the extraordinary requirements of New Zealand for pet import. we looked for profrsiinal assistance and our vet me tined that Ladyhaye was very good form her past experience. I honestly do not know how we would have got on without Bex's assistance. She knows the regs and requirements better than any one else. Bex arranged everything, communicated with everyone required and just made the whole process so much easier for us. There is enough going on when emigrating without the additional processes of pet export and we needed to know that our boy would be with us as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Ladyhaye and Bex Pratt highly enough

Bex took care of our pups journey and I honestly can not fault her or Ladyhaye in general one bit. They were helpful, informative and personal from the first contact to the last. I honestly felt my dog Deacon was in the best hands.
Bex helped us gather everything we needed to allow our dog to be on anxiety drugs during his stay in PEQ which was a massive help. She offered reassurance to me regardless of how worried I was about the whole process. I highly recommend this company and agent.

If I can rate Ladyhaye more than 5 star, specially Bex. She has helped us so much and made everything possible for us to bring our Charlie my little cavalier King Charles. It has been very smooth considering how hard it is to bring out fury friends across Australia with a lot of requirements. Bex made it so easy, she provided a list on step by step to do with dates and what vaccination is needed on each date. We also get photo of Charlie when he checked in and ready to board. We were notified every step of the way and Bex has helped us a lot as we where travelling ourselves as well just a few days after. We have our little boy home and has settled in well thanks to Bex and Ladyhaye

I cannot recommend Ladyhaye pet export enough.
Thank you Bex for the expert care and protection that you organised for our cat Molly from UK to Australia. We received feedback throughout her departures and arrivals which really put our minds at rest. Molly arrived in excellent condition and thoroughly relaxed.
Thank you so much.
Excellently carried out.

I used Ladyhaye recently to transport our dog from Manchester to Melbourne. Very competitively priced and absolutely fantastic service. Bex is totally amazing. She answered all my questions/queries promptly .. Liaised with the vets when necessary and made the whole arduous process a lot easier for me. I would 100% recommend Ladyhaye and will definitely use them again should the need arise 😊

Can't thank Ladyhaye enough. The price I paid was very competitive, and then throughout the whole process I was so well supported with all of my many questions and concerns and the extra work I caused!

Bex was a superstar, always on the end of the phone or very quickly replying to my emails. I can confirm that moving your dog abroad is so stressful, I think for anyone considering it, you really have to have someone to help you. I did my own visas and travel planning, but dog transport is easy to mess up because of the timescales. I don't regret paying for this service, it was definitely worth the money!

In conclusion, use Ladyhaye, I fully recommend them and definitely make sure you ask for Bex, she's amazing. Thank you so much Ladyhaye!
