Photo was good and the black glass frame is very elegant and so easy to slide the photo into the frame from the side.

I was a bit wary of getting my first graduation photos printed as I was quite heavy and didn't like how I looked. I left it for over a year. I then graduated again for some other course and have lost weight by then. I decided to get both my graduation photos printed and Lafayette facilitated this process despite the elapsed time for the first set. Thank you for a great service. Much appreciated.

I had some trouble ordering the exact selection of photos from my son’s school that I wanted and contacted customer services. Emma was extremely prompt in responding and in helping to ensure I got what I desired. The photos arrived within a couple of days and both my son and I are delighted with them. Excellent service! I was having a little trouble ordering and Emma was so helpful and responded to me really quickly! I would highly recommend Lafayette photography.

The experience I had with them was excellent, the photographs were of great quality and everyone was pleasant and helpful to deal with. The staff were also very helpful and informative on the phone when I had to ring them to clarify a few things, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I simply cannot recommend Lafayette highly enough. The customer service is beyond incredible. My little boy made his communion and on the initial photos his hair appeared messy. I contacted Emma who was so understanding from my initial query. Emma requested that I send on a recent photo of my little boy and his normal hair style. To my amazement the photos arrived within 10 days and the editing was exceptional. I am so so happy with our photos. I can’t thank the Lafayette team enough. The photos are amazing quality. Emma who helped me is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. My only regret is I can only give 5 stars. They deserve more. Amazing company and quality customer service.
