Excellent Customer Service
Fantastic customer service from Lafeyette. I ordered and purchased Graduation photos for adult son as gift. Without exeption : the experience was excellent from booking, experience and fulfillment. Particullarly impressed ability to phone directly and greeted with genuine friendly staff like Doose and Abigal. Reason for calls were purely of my own making (mistakes) but were resolved by genuine, down to earth, decent people without delay, debate and with fantastic courtesy and great sense of humour. This nailed my rating for this company and only submitting as I was impressed. Thank again to both Abigal and Doose in Lafeyette who spoke with me by phone and solved my various challenges. I will definately use Lafeyette again and would without fear refer to family/friends. Go raibh maith agaibh. Cormac

Warm welcoming & so friendly
Everyone I met on the day were so lovely & giving if their time. The photographer was chatting the whole time to me relaxing me throughout - a very warm & welcoming lady. Ordering online was so easy & quick. When I received my pictures I couldn't have been happier - they were so lovely. Such a great way to celebrate & have as a memory.

Seamless experience throughout.
Seamless experience from booking to receipt of both digital images and prints. The staff were all professional, helpful and efficient from admin to photographer. John the photographer ensured the shoot was relaxed and fun. Admin staff obliged on a request and everything flowed. Highly recommend. There's a reason why this company is around as long as it is. Excellent customer service.
