A beautiful shop full of perfume treasures, the owner was so welcoming and helpful. I had a really nice hour or so browsing and didn’t feel rushed or under pressure to buy. I sampled from perfume houses I hadn’t seen in any other shops. An absolutely lovely shopping experience and I left with a discovery box set which I can’t wait to try. I would recommend this store and I will definitely be returning to buy more

Product could do with being a bit stronger sent

Nothing better than a shower after work, "Agua de Colonia Concentrada" great for a self massage and it has a terrific scent.

I absolutely love shopping at La Fragancia. Their range is beautiful, but Ortigia Sicilia is my favourite brand by far especially the Florio range, which is simply stunning. The quality, scent and presentation are exceptional every time.

The staff are always amazing in store very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the products. The online store is also really easy to use, making ordering simple and hassle free. Highly recommend La Fragancia for anyone who loves luxury fragrances and beautiful gifts.

What a wonderful shop. Visited Bewdley bank holiday Monday and discovered this little gem. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable even recommended fragrances based my scent profile of zesty/lemon. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Amazing store with a beautiful selection of perfumes, body care products, and home fragrances. Ortigia and New Notes are definitely my favorite brands there! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the customer service is excellent every time I visit. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting service, we were made to feel like we shouldn't be in the shop just because we wanted to see if the scent lasted on our skin ( it didn't, ) so that is why the very ride aggressive man in the shop abused us verbally for trying on our skin , I wouldn't but these products as the scent doesn't last he ce why he was so aggressive .
And he clearly regrets the way he treated us by the lies told in his response , we didn't say anything regarding ctv so obviously has been rude to other customers , not a nice person at all and actually glad we didn't buy as the scent wore off within the hour

The shop is a treasure trove of really beautiful niche brands that I haven't seen elsewhere, with the bonus of testers for everything...so no risk of disappointment. The assistant was very knowledgeable and obliging, which made us feel very welcome and spoilt...the online delivery was packed and shipped quickly and beautifully wrapped. Well worth a look...😍🤩
