1 star is generous! Worst company ive ever delt with, wish i had read the reviews before i purchased from them. Bought a paddock stand and they sent the wrong one, royal mail picked if up from my house before they could send a new one. Several weeks later and multiple emails and phone calls ignored i finally got through to a woman who was so rude, she said they were busy with complains, not surprised!! To be told the stand i ordered is out of stock and it could take several months! Asked for a refund, told they would email confirmation, still waiting! No paddock stand and now out of pocket. Have delt with hundreds of companies over the years and this is by far the worst, customer service is shocking! Avoid at all costs, im a member of several motorcycle forums and will be advising them all to take there business elsewhere as well. Pathetic excuse for a shop!

Now god know for how long g ill have to wait for a refund but clearly they wasted my time and money ! Ordered this part after o spoke to salesman probably 5 or 6 times and provided a wrong part number ! Absolutely useless they are ! Especially the women on customer service i spoke to ....absolutely awful !!!

No communication at all. I did online purchase Laguna Maidstone more than 3 weeks ago. Not a single update, what is happening with my purchase.
Since when does KTM not deal with Husqavarna, as they are the same company. I have the certificate that clearly states KTM as the manufacturer. I don't understand stand why you can't do basic service on this bike considering my bike has KTM stamped all over it.
Given my experience with Laguna Motorcycles. I thought another chance was in order. However on the phone the guy I spoke to lost the plot, what a rant I received in the end I hung up as the rant was too much. The engine, frame ect is all KTM. The engine is the LC4C and stamped KTM. Aside of body and badge, KTM is stamped everywhere. All I am asking is for basic maintenance. If necessary I can supply all tech specs and parts required, so just labour is really needed. It is piss take that you won't deal with a 2025 plate Husqavarna / KTM yet you sell obscure brands expecting people to buy. You are a garage after work are you not and money is money in the till. I'm pretty sure the big boss won't like you turning away work.

Visited the Laguna Maidstone store....what a great selection....Bikes and Clothing !!! Staff very friendly....Shout out to Peter.
My advisor Scott was brilliant from my first call, to even helping me with some tax stuff after the sale, which he absolutely did not have to do. Informative, helpful, a good laugh and genuine. Buying my dream bike was made so much better dealing with Scott and the HD Maidstone staff. And I dont say that lightly.
Fantastic company, ordered a helmet from Laguna online website, and spoke to Owen over the phone to check with regard to stock and delivery, and Owen couldnt do enough and really looked after me. Service was exceptional. Delivery of item was super quick (next Day) absolutely fantastic. Thankyou all at Laguna
Because I asked for a refund as they messed me around after paying in full for a bike they deliberately put my money in a wrong account so I have to wait 10 days for a refund do NOT use these guys they are scammers an not professional at all o
I’m writing to share my extremely negative experience with this company.
I purchased a tire that arrived looking dirty, old, and clearly not in new condition. It was dusty, had an aged appearance, and absolutely did not seem like a new product. I even took photos when it arrived to show how bad it looked.
When I took it to the mechanic, he tried several times to inflate it, but it would not hold any air. The rubber felt stiff and unusable — the tire is completely defective and unsafe.
I contacted customer service but never received any response to my messages. I called multiple times and was told I could return the tire for free. But when I got to the Post Office, they said the return wasn’t actually covered — I ended up losing even more money and time. It was humiliating.
When I called again to clarify, the staff was rude, careless, and treated me like I was the problem. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m not new to buying online, and I’ve never received a tire in such terrible condition or experienced such bad service.
This was my first time buying from this company, and it will definitely be the last. I’m sharing this review so others don’t go through the same frustration.
Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

I've tried to book some waranty work on my KTM for the last 6 months with Laguna in Maidstone.I have done 2 services with them in the meantime but on both ocasions they haven't done the waranty work wich it's frustrating now as this is a health and saefty problem as I have front suspension oil leak that went trough the brake disc and brake pad.Last week I went to a local garage and I've got everything fixed in 2 days for £325.How is this fair on a customer and what is the point to get the service done with them if you do not benefit any waranty?
Arranged a test drive with Laguna Performance Centre with Darrell. Super efficient in organising the ride and suggested I try out the Kawasaki hybrid. In equal measures amazing, fun and absolutely awful. In manual mode and sport with boost it was such fun. In fully automatic mode, the gear change is awful, slow and clunky. In sport, the boost really packs a punch. I laughed for the whole hour of the test drive, some for the fun and some for how bad it is. Would I buy one? If I lived in the city I would get it straight away.
What a shower.
Chased Maidstone laguna HD to get a test ride of some bikes. Got told I can only take two out in a day, had to drop in to speak to them as no call received. Agreed on the two to take out only to be told on the day that they have just one available.
What is the point of taking out just one, to come back a week later to test another!! The comparison won't be there.
Gone to Sykes instead!! At least they have better reviews than this shower of.....
LAGUNA ASHFORD
Booking my T100 for its 10k mile service / MOT was a pleasant, seamless and customer-focused experience with Charlie. Charlie is always courteous, knowledgeable of both mechanics and customer needs; in short, just what a customer needs when booking their much-loved machine for a service.
The engineers in the workshop are hugely capable, knowledgeable and always welcoming of questions. Their care of a customer’s motorcycle is always clearly demonstrated, returning the machine in excellent condition. Chris is a superb engineer and really understands his craft. Always a pleasure to entrust my Bonneville into his care. I’ve no doubt his colleagues are similarly caring and capable.
The service dept. at Laguna Ashford are highly recommended.
Jason and Kane were amazing. They couldn’t have done more and the service was the best I’ve experienced in 42 years of riding. Other dealerships need to learn from them and I can’t recommend them enough.

Can't even be bothered to call you back.
And less you are going I to buy a 20k upwards bike or get hideous over priced clothing then don't bother if you call for advice or help you won't get any I was even told this time that the person I need to speak to can't because he is dealing with paying customers that's after asking if they can do the job on my bike.i don't like to complain unnecessary but this lot need it.i will never go to the place ever again I'd rather go to London to get this sorted as to give this rude extremely overrated shop any work.ill never own another harley davidson again not that there is anything particularly bad about the bikes but the dealership on the whole are terrible I've been riding for more than 40 years and out of all the manufacturers dealerships this is the worst by miles and miles I wish there were a lower mark I could give I'm going back to jap bikes and it's all because of that shower do yourself a favour and avoid it has a date for your experience this started over a year ago
Last week I purchase two T-shirts and a can of brake cleaner. The T-shirts arrived with a can of chain cleaner! I reported and was resolved fairly quickly. Thank you
