Laguna Motorcycles Avis 

My experience with Laguna has been ok, apart from I paid over 2k in repairs, and a month later I'm still waiting on m bike, they however got it running only to discover a fault code that they can't turn off, I need my bike to get to and from work, and as they've had it a month, I've been unable to work, affecting my finances and my mental health, I think KTM have questions to answer when ordering pars all apparently was ordered at the same time yet some wasn't sent until I started asking questions, which has added to the delay in getting my bike back,

Bought a second hand Triumph Tiger. Discussed over phone, sorted trade in, nightmare to find the showroom but probably my fault, nice blokes to deal with in difficult times with covid. Felt they were straight and decent.

Just purchased new tiger sport could not fault anything from initial contact to finally picking the bike up . John Whitehead made the experience an absolute pleasure friendly helpful informative nothing was too much trouble .

Can't praise this company enough.
I was let down on a bike on the day it was due to be delivered by another dealer. I called around a few dealers to try a find another and then remembered that many years back I purchased a Hayabusa from Laguna.
So I decided to give them a call at the Maidstone branch and spoke with Jonathan Whitehead.
4 days later.. My new bike is in the garage, everything was completely hassle free.
Buying a bike should be a pleasurable experience and Jonathan made it straight forward, negotiated a great deal and went the extra mile by arranging delivery on the day before Christmas Eve.
I would not hesitate to deal with Laguna again and highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! I bought a Ducati 1198S from Laguna 2 months ago and had mechanical problems with the clutch and gearbox and battery and a de. I live 100 miles from Ashford but the team there collected my bike in a van, replaced the clutch and battery and brought the bike back to me. it now runs like a dream and the V Twin sound is pure heaven! Big thanks To Bill in the tech team, Ryan for 2 trips up to me and Andy in the sales team - great bunch of guys and first rate service. Bought a used Triumph from Laguna Maidstone. Haven't bought a motorcycle from a dealer before so this experience was well above expectations. Lawrence was a pleasure to deal with and I'm very happy with the bike.

Mark Hall I spoke to on the phone about a bike I was interested in, due to work commitments and the location of Laguna Motorcycles it wasn't possible for me to view the bike beforehand, putting my full trust in Mark and buying the bike over the phone was a gamble but it was one that was worth making not only was the bike more than what he described he also got me a cost effective delivery to my home address some what 200 plus miles away, if there was more stars to give I would without hesitation Mark was a true gent and can only recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying a bike from Laguna.

Excellent reception from Liga for giving me advice on which tyres to go for !! And a fast turn around from Brian in the workshop fitting my tyres !!

Popped down for the demo day! Had a great day being very well looked after by Liga, a friend had a issue with his bike and Brian kindly helped us out with it. Couldn’t fault either of them!
I popped into the clothing side and to say the staff where unsatisfactory. Everywhere else was absolutely fab but the clothing could use some improvement.

Brought an mt09 last week and it was a pleasure to deal with this dealership from start to finish! Many thank to Liga, Brian and mark

Very poor service I went to Laguna motorcyles asked to see a sales person but during to the current issue no one available was asked to leave my details for a sales person no one called me back I then called and asked to speak to sales Mark answered the phone but was busy with a customer stating I will call you back in hour 7 days later no call back It was my intention of placing an order for a new Burgman I have just put an order in at a BMW dealer for 10000 pound bike being built now poor service payes a price.

If you need to order an urgent spare part by post, please bear in mind that only one of their branches has the ability / authority to post anything out and first, it must navigate their own internal postal system.
Total time for an very urgently needed spare part, from ordering an “in stock” item, to arriving by 1st Class post: 7 working days.

Had my Triumph serviced by Chris at Laguna Ashford. All the staff were very polite and friendly. It was returned to me in showroom condition! Took the bike out for a run. No problems, runs beautifully.

I don't normally give reviews as people are born to make mistakes. It only takes one bad experience and a dealer can be made to look bad.

My experience was they just kept giving. I already had a great deal but they went even further by fitting an Arrow exhaust, and then giving a boxed standard exhaust. The staff were not salespeople they were more like people you know. They even checked the tyre pressures of the car we came down in.

Ashford made the whole thing a pleasure. The 178 mile journey home on the Street Triple RS is a bike I would recommend to anyone. A brilliant bike.
