I ordered on 1/18/25 received an initial email and have not received my package or any kind of update . Can someone let me know where it is ?

It took a fair amount of time to receive the Hummingbird cup but it has arrived just two days late after Valentines' Day. My wife and I are pleased with the purchase and the cup is beautiful.

Complete scam. The product picture showed a hummingbird necklace that clearly appeared to be made of glass pieces and was very shiny and luminous. They delivered a dull, painted piece of plastic instead. It did not nearly look like the picture in the ad. It was a big disappointment for Valentines Day. Stay clear of that company.

Be careful buying anything from this company. They will bait and switch!!! They make returning the item very difficult also. I ordered what was supposed to be a stained glass hummingbird necklace. It was a cheap sticker that sort of looked like stained glass on a very cheap metal—something you might get out of a bubble gum machine….. They will try to negotiate 10-30% off rather than allow you to return the item, and YOU will pay shipping after going back and forth multiple times for them to take back their falsely advertised cheap merchandise. DON’T BE FOOLED by this shady company. Don’t waste your money.

Produkt besteld op 24 januari 2025, 5 februari 2025 geïnformeerd wanneer het bezorgd zou worden pas 3 dagen later krijg je een email. Staat er in de email sorry uw product is terug gekomen en zodra er een nieuwe is wordt die opgestuurd. Misschien een scam bedrijf en ben ik opgelicht dus voor iedereen die daar iets wilt bestellen die voorzichtig.

they deceive the customers, show a picture of a metal and glass item, charge you for it and send a poorly printed plastic copy. they offer a discount for your next item if you complain.

Update - Feb 9, 2025 - yet to receive any communication either from the seller or their delivery partner.

I paid for express shipping but am yet to receive my product. It's been almost 10 days and they haven't shipped it yet. There is no phone number where I can call and the support email is very unresponsive

Entire process was simple; item was easily tracked and arrived promptly in excellent condition.

It was easy to pick my choice and personalize it.

Received the hummingbird necklace today and I have to say ‘it’s absolute garbage’
It looks nothing like the nice shiney item in the ad photo, it’s just a coloured plastic cut out that looks very dull.
False advertising and shouldn’t be allowed.
Do not buy is my recommendation.

I had an issue customizing the ornament and the keychain. It took me 2 days. This is a Valentines Day gift for my wife.

Was very easy to order. Have not received item yet so cannot comment on quality
