Worst customer service ever. Ordered a mug. I did enter the wrong shipping address have contacted the company at least 4x and NO REPLY. BBB needs to have the info

PRO: Customer relations responsive and helpful. They are quick to answer. Also, the mug that I ordered arrived within reasonable time period, given season etc.

CON: In the promotional pics the medical symbols appear as if they are reliefs or embossments which is impressive and a key selling point. In reality - they are flat drawings that are nice looking but for sure not what one expected. So basically - either they change what they present on their website or they provide what they were paid for.

I ordered through Amazon item did not arrive in time and company are now refusing to collect the said item which is very oversized and cannot be accepted at any post office collection point..customer service are a nightmare to deal with .

How Easy it Was to Order.

mug looks great in pictures but in realty looks cheap product not same as the pic

i made a mistake with my Delivery adress and asked to be modified and They did it in no time

Easy to order and able to view the finished concept of the product.

I want to give zero star. Worst experience ever, cheap products with extremely high prices shipped from China. When you ask foe return they will waste your time with 5%, 10% refund offers. Will ask you to send the product back to china on your own cost which makes return next to impossible. It’s a scam shop showing flashy pretty products and send cheep plastic goodies.

Ordered and paid for an item over a month ago. $34 for an item. Have not received the item or my money back. This company needs to be shutdown permanently. They keep making excuses to not refund my money. I have asked them several times. I would never recommend these people as a seller.

Dishonest company. Bought the hummingbird pendant and was send a different one that is cheap plastic. They won't take it back. They sell through Facebook (Meta) so I would encourage everyone to complain to Facebook. Facebook should do better.

This is a true and factual account of a deceptively advertised Hummingbird necklace.
I paid for what I thought was an inexpensive jewelry quality necklace and pendant. Actual product, was/is a hand painted plastic child's necklace. NOT JEWELRY QUALITY, as advertised! I ordered said necklace on Feb 9, for Feb (about 14 delivery). It was delivered on Feb 20.

advertised a luminous glassy hummingbird necklace. selling a cheap piece of dull plastic. DO NOT BUY as your girlfriend will not appreciate this cheapo 'valentines day' gift.

Ich warte seit einem Monat auf meine Bestellung habe +60€ bezahlt. Die angegebene Lieferzeit auf der Seite ist nicht richtig. Ich bedenke das ich meine Lieferung überhaupt noch bekomme. Also bitte dort nicht bestellen. !!
