The shopping process is amazing easy on going.

But I wonder if you have away allowing your clients to trace their shipment from A to Z.

I order a little statue with my wife name and mine and when I received the product, it was completely different. It was only a flat figurine with the names yes but nothing looking like the statue I ordered. Total rip off.

I ordered what I thought was 1 each of 4 ornaments. I bought 2 of the skydiving ones for my son and I and 2 for my husband and other son. I received 8 ornaments (which are personalized). They are great! The ornaments come with chains that you can alter the length. You can use the other ornament(s) on your review mirror if that’s something you’re into. I’d definitely recommend! The shipping was pretty quick too!!!

Very easy to follow to be able to put what you want on it.

I guess it was my mistake at not reading closer but I clicked on an icon for a 3D custom Christmas ornament. What I ended up ordering was a keychain. I just got it and although it looks okay it's just a small piece of plastic with the picture and generic name and number customization. Totally cool if it was under $15 with shipping but for over $30 absolutely ridiculous. I feel the way this company sets up the add for this is very misleading. As I said, I clicked on an icon to purchase a customized 3D Christmas ornament but what I got was a flat piece of plastic.

Choosing the ornament, color options, riders name n number were fast, easy n the preview showed exactly what it would look like .. It's a Christmas present for 1 of my best friends, can't wait to watch him open it n hang it on the Christmas tree... Thanks to the staff at Laihair, this thing is awesome...

The items that arrived were not as displayed in the advertisement! They were poorly made and not what I was expecting! Their customer service for returning the items was none existent! This was an expensive mistake! I will never buy from this company again they certainly don’t trade with integrity!

Very easy to understand and navigate

Whilst I ordered one item I have been charged for two deliveries. email sent to cancel order have not been answered so I had to lodge a claim with PayPal

The quality of the product is the problem. I ordered a mug with médical print. On the web page the mug look 3 D with brillant color. The one I received was not. It looks cheap. For 35 us$ I was expecting way more. For the same medium quality, a local drugstore would have done it for 15$ !
I wrote to the co. No answer, no feedback. My conclusion, cheap product, non responsive co.

Very easy to make your decal. Wish we could make our own heading a very small choice. Can't wait to see it
