Excellent communication! Laik kept in touch from start to finish. Check in / check out details were sent promptly on our arrival day / final day. We were given contact details of who to call if we had any issues. An excellent, informative booklet about the property was provided. Would definitely book with Laik again.

Great communication
We received great communication from the company, telling us about attractions and things to do nearby, and of course the property. We received our pin for check in at a good time and had no problems finding our property through the emails providing directions.

Excellent Property and excellent service
We are regular visitors to the Lake District and this is the first time wd have used Laik. We we’re really impressed with the service we received, particularly the digital guidebook that was sent prior to our arrival and the amount of information we received. We also liked being notified we could get into the property early as this was extremely helpful. The property was gorgeous and very well equipped. The overall feeling is that you will get a very good standard with all Laik’s properties. We will definitely use Laik again and will recommend to others.

Perfect Seamless Family Getaway
We stayed with Laik on a family holiday to Ambleside, and had the best experience. Their properties are modern, fully refurbished and immaculately clean. They contacted us prior to and during our visit to let us know the particulars - how to check in and out, how to use the heating, what activities there are nearby etc. They were always polite and responsive, and it led to a smooth and stress-free holiday. I would not hesitate to stay with Laik again.

Great stay at Owd Peg’s Cottage Bowness
Location perfect, cottage very clean, great communication from the company Laik. Everything you need for your stay was there plus the use of a car park permit.
Some areas around the cottage look tired and are in need of updating but these were minor and did not spoil our stay.
