Have enjoyed most of the wines but appreciate the opportunity to try new ones. Delivery has been fine but would prefer a one day window not a range of days. Would also like to be able to create a case of my choosing every so often.

I LOVE the ever evolving variety of wines that Laithwaites offers. Also, I like to take advantage of the free shipping whenever it's offered. That's important to me because it makes my purchase an even better deal!

Usually I am happy with Laithwaites
Usually I am happy with Laithwaites, however, I feel their customer service has deteriorated in the past few years. I was sent a "birthday " offer that, in my opinion, was far less than in years past. When I voiced my concerns, I was sent an "empathy " email, apologizing but certainly didn't resolve my frustration or give me any resolution. I was told it would be "forwarded " to the appropriate individuals. I have never heard anything else to this date. Also, now there is a surcharge for FedEx delivery that has been passed onto the consumer. FedEx is another issue in itself, and another form of delivery should be used, in my opinion. Overall, I have lost faith in Laithwaites.

Regarding the Adult ID Verification fee, the adult verification process is an important regulatory and safety requirement to ensure that alcohol is not delivered to minors. I haven't opened the case yet
I haven't opened the case yet. Laisthwaites did a grand job scheduling the delivery. My problem was with the shipper. They came to the house drove into the drivway, left a notlice on my garage door stating that they had been here. They did not come to the front door and ring the bell. I was home all day waiting for the delivery. When they came back the next day I was jusst walking down the driveway to get my mail. The bottom of the box was broken. The only thing that saved the wine was the molded cover at the bottom of the box.
