Had to follow up on the online order, as it appears to have gotten lost in the shuffle. It was resolved immediately and delivered soon after.

LakeAir and its owner, Randy Bush, are knowledgeable, patient and honest. Last year, I decided that I wanted to be able to smoke cigars in my home office without the smell permeating the rest of the house. I bought an air purifier from a competitor that my online research said was the best model available. It worked well for about a week.

After repeated threats from my wife and kids, I went back online and somehow stumbled on LakeAir. When I called, Randy answered. I explained that my marriage, relationship with my kids, and my physical safety were dependent on finding the right air purification system. Just from my brief description of the problems I was having, he knew exactly what unit I had purchased and even knew what reviews I had read. He sat with me multiple times and patiently answered all my questions.

I wound up buying the Max Guard system and have owned it for over a year. In fact, he encouraged me to go with a less expensive unit but I didn't listen (my wife had recently started taking boxing classes). I am glad to say my family is intact and I have suffered no bodily harm (or at least none that I can trace back to any family member) in that time. The product has more than exceeded my expectations. I called him today for the first time to replace a filter. Again, he answered the phone with "Hey, Martin, how have you been?" and my filter will be at my house within a week.

I am a corporate lawyer who deals with a wide variety of businesses and, candidly, never write online reviews, but Randy and his team are truly incredible. LakeAir offers a great product and the best customer service I can recall ever receiving.

I purchased the MAX-700 for a 400sq ft shed converted into an office/cigar lounge. It was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. On start-up, I experience non-stop arcing. Followed the instructions to resolve and it runs and works perfectly. Very happy with it.

The folks at LakeAir continue to impress me. I run a cigar lounge and have utilize 3 of their systems for the past 2 years. They work great. The customers always comment on how well they keep the air clean. When every I need new filters or need tech support I always get a LIVE person to talk to. That is a big plus! Keep up the great work

Randy, the owner, is great at communicating with you about your order and it’s status. Just know these are built by one man, by hand, so it can take about a week or two for it to ship..

Talked to the owner, sent multiple emails and texts, says will fix never did. Still waiting on replacement filter. It has been well over a month now. No return contact as promised.

You packed this delicate aluminum filter in a cardboard box with no support. Sure enough, it got damaged during shipping and the filter had a bend in it. I was able to straighten it and make it work, but if I would have shipped that item, I would have put it in a sturdier container.

On the spot customer service. Can't say enough good about them.

I purchased replacement filters. But the packaging was not appropriately done. All filter casings without an exception were damaged! Please wrap/cushion these filters in the future. Thank you.
