I ordered a small wallet from Lakeland leather but unfortunately it was too big so I returned it. I accidentally left my driving license and a credit card in the wallet whilst trying it and emailed Lakeland Leather to inform them. I wanted to replace a much loved bag. Initially I was sent the wrong bag , which isn’t great , but the response when I messaged about it was extremely prompt and very helpful. The correct bag was sent immediately and arrangements for returning the incorrect bag were very easy.

The handbag is really well made and very attractive as well as functional. Unfortunately it was advertised as white whereas in fact it is off-white so does not match my white clothes and shoes. I will sadly have to return it.

I am very pleased with the black and navy cross body phone bags that I have purchased. They are comfortable to wear and perfect for my iPhone.

I think the company is doing well, the quality of the goods is exceptional, very pleased with it, I always buy black purses, decided to have a change and have tan, it’s lovely. It smells good too, beautiful smell of leather.
