I ordered a small wallet from Lakeland leather but unfortunately it was too big so I returned it. I accidentally left my driving license and a credit card in the wallet whilst trying it and emailed Lakeland Leather to inform them. Agnieszka @ Lakeland Leather located the returned wallet with missing driving license etc and very kindly sent it back to me. I wanted to replace a much loved bag. Initially I was sent the wrong bag , which isn’t great , but the response when I messaged about it was extremely prompt and very helpful. The correct bag was sent immediately and arrangements for returning the incorrect bag were very easy.
