Awesome Experience
Everything went as I was told. No "tricks" or "oopsies" that could have caused issues or delays. I asked a lot of questions and always received the correct info - and received it quickly. Through the whole process the associate I dealt wiht was just amazing.

Remarkable service…
There were some minor scheduling issues before the closing day, but several Lakeway team members jumped in to straighten it all out. The process was easy to begin with, but their efforts to make the last step as easy as the first were remarkable.

Process is inefficient and cumbersome
Overall good, but several documents were not reviewed or signed due to software issues? Even after signing was complete we still received the same requests for review. This is after I sent at least a dozen emails stating the problem but to no avail…

ease of use from beginning to end. Was able to finish everylthing with no issues. When I did have a few questions the virtual assistant was the best I have ever experienced!

Lakeview The Real Deal
Our agent, if I can call him that, broke down everything. Anytime we had a question he was there to answer it. Whatever he told us: each step , when to look for the deposit it was true and happened exactly as he said. He was honest and upfront which you just don’t see in the world today because you always feel like what’s the catch or scammed down the line. None of that was true with Lakeview.
