Great service
I brought a Mercedes Vito Van from Damien at Lakeview. The van was exactly as described and I have done a lot of miles in it since and it's been amazing. I would highly recommend Lakeview cars to anyone looking for a van or car

Lakeview are outstanding highly recommend them
Lakeview is by far the best secondhand car dealership I have ever dealt with.They went above and beyond with a warranty repair on a clutch when they did not have too.They were very easy to deal with from start to finish.Not at all pushy when looking for a car unlike most I have used previously.I really have nothing bad to say about them.I even recommended my own sister to them and she also purchased a car from them and she is also very happy.I would recommend this company to anyone 5 star rating from me

Sad to say this is the worst second…
Sad to say this is the worst second hand car dealer I have ever encountered. Happy to take your money, heaven forbid you go back with a problem. Dealer refused to repair, under warranty, stating nothing wrong with car, without investigating the problem pointed out to them by independent garage. They also lied saying mechanic said the car was fine, when clearly it isn't, and mechanic backs this up. Of course they will say everything possible was done, or nothing wrong, not the case. I would not have to be writing this review if everything was fine and the after sales/customer service was of an acceptable standard. Something to think about! Avoid this dealer at all costs. There are far better dealers out there who actually care about the customer.

Thank you for your feedback Karen which we are deeply saddened and disappointed to read but I must admit I do find it quite unfair and unjust as we bent over backwards to try and find the tiniest of squeaks that most could not hear! You purchased a 13 year old BMW having covered circa 90000 miles which was MOT and serviced prior to delivery by an independent garage who gave it a clean bill of health (after rectifying any advisories).You had you own mechanic also inspect and test drive the car before purchase. When you mentioned you concern about the minute creek we collected the car and loaned you a courtesy car and had it inspected by two independent garages who said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and even your mechanic said the slightest of creeks was more annoying than anything else. It’s barely noticeable yet you became obsessive about it so we continued by changing parts and even changed the differential oil as advised by your mechanic. You then contacted the AA whom we work closely with as we are one of there supporting dealers and have to adhere to there strict rules and regulations as we are signed up to there “dealer promise “ they also refuted your claims and dismissed your complaint. Our number one priority at Lakeview cars is happy customers and to make sure our vehicles are safe, roadworthy and fit for purpose which of course yours is and we always honour our legal and moral obligations and do not walk away from our responsibilities. I have learnt after 27 years in the motor industry as much as we try our hardest to keep everyone happy unfortunately there are some that are impossible to please no matter how hard we try. We wish you all the very best for the future.

Really good service with Brad who sorted out the finance quickly. A really nice touch was the bunch of flowers and a full tank of petrol! Would definitely use this garage again. Good range of 2nd hand vehicles all competitively priced.
