If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid extra specifically for the option to return my order, expecting a straightforward process if something didn’t work out. only to be denied a refund when neither size worked out. After ordering a second size to compare, neither option fit, as the shirt is overall extremely uncomfortable due to the built-in elastic bra situation. They continuously denied me a refund, and instead, persistently tried to force store credit - completely contradicting what I paid for.

When I pushed back, they simply stopped responding. Multiple follow-ups, no reply. Being ignored after raising a legitimate issue is unacceptable.

Between the misleading return policy, the lack of transperency, the complete breakdown in communication and the total lack of accountability, I would not recommend ordering from this company. Save yourself so much aggravation, this product is not worth it.

Would of gave zero * the if I could

Would of gave zero * the if I could. Spent over $150 on two shirts. One openings shirts noticed one pocket was way too big. Sent email same day and was directed where to start return. They said as long as it was in 21 days they would process it. It had only been 5 days since I ordered shirt and they rejected return. Emailed them back and no response.

Company is unresponsive and women's shirts are incorrectly sized

I've contacted the company repeatedly, including posting a comment on Instagram. The sizing for the women's shirts is way off, and they don't reply. Women's shirts don't show any reviews, but have the stars and number of comments shown at the top of the product page. These are for the men's shirts, but they make it look like they're for the women's. Women's shirts are all marked final sale, leaving no recourse for exchange or return.

Similar to other experiences below, we received this as a gift. The sizing was way off and wanted to exchange. It was final sale. They didn't offer assistance besides repurchasing it at a 30% discount. I would highly recommend looking else ware for baby wearing devices.

FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges!

My mom purchased the carrier shirt for me as a gift and sizing must have ran at least two sizes too small. I couldn’t wait to try it out once baby was here. Fast forward to yesterday - I could barely get myself in it. I visited their website and saw the reviews regarding sizing (my mom did not) and I see it posted all over regarding final sale and no returns or exchanges. That is so disappointing. Left a review on the product itself and Customer Service responded by email offering a 30% discount on a new purchase lol.

I ordered a dad shirt on 2/23/25, but was messaged that the shirt I ordered on 2/18/25 had been delivered! Lalabu's phone is inaccessible.

I ordered a dad shirt on 2/23/25. Today (2/25/25) I received a text message saying that the order I placed (the order number was correct) on 2/18/25 had been delivered to Fresno, CA, where the address I gave in the order was Tucson AZ. Obviously this is an administrative error, but when I tried to call to talk with customer service, the number was continually busy. This is not a way to run a business!

Followed size guide but didn’t work for me, tried to sell online and reported by brand

Followed size guide, did not fit but as I ordered while pregnant and didn’t exactly know my postpartum size even though I used their guide, by the time I delivered my son had unfortunately missed return/exchange period and my son was large and would not have fit by the time I lost the weight. So I tried to sell on Poshmark to recoup some of my losses and as I used brand stock photos and a screenshot of the item description the brand reported me on Poshmark and had my listing removed. Have sold hundreds of items and no other brand reported me. Ridiculous. So now can’t get my money back from company or sell it online.

I ordered for my daughter in law’s baby registry

I ordered for my daughter in law, but had the recipient as the billing address so I clicked edit to fix it. It cancelled my whole order. So I tried to reorder and fix address then put promo code Welcome10 back in and said I already used it. So I decided I was going to try order somewhere else instead. Since I still kept typing correct billing address and it would default back to wrong one and it was like doing same thing over and over. The next day I looked at the card I had used and they double charged me instead of refunding my cancelled order. My credit card company is working on it but told me to wait approx a week cause it was pending. Surely it won’t accept it with wrong bill address and name.
