Fraudulent company order was placed…

Fraudulent company order was placed then canceled immediately. Then follow up emails to ensure they received the cancelation.

They coukd not find the order, although they told me that but had the order number.

There retur policy is auto generated same email but nothing is ever done.

Rip off stuck with the order that arrived you know the one they could not find.

Liars, thieves and hoping Mastercard will bill them back as I have a paper trail.

They are a nightmare to deal with if…

They are a nightmare to deal with if you are wanting to return.
They are cheap quality, looks like a baby would fall out of the pocket so they were never used or worn. I wanted to return them so sent pictures as they asked and approved the refund.
Well since it is in Canada, a valid business number is required and they provided some BS fake one so my package was sent back and I never got my refund. I messaged them this and never got a response. Terrible customer service.

Has to be a scam

Has to be a scam. Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received. Tracking said it came from China and there was a problem and to contact the carrier, but no carrier information.

Cheap and deceptive

The expandable diaper bag is cheaply made and hard to use. I wanted to return and learned how poor their refund policy is. Customer pays shipping and restock fee. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Shipping to my location, took approximately one month. When contacted regarding the return, they make you jump through all types of hoops, taking pictures requesting return, having to get their permission before sending. Then you learn the return has to go to Canada and you are responsible for shipping costs plus a 5% restocking fee. Their original advertisement said easy returns 100% money back guarantee. Not so!

Horrible return process and they have no phone number?

We ordered a baby NestPack for about $45 from them and decided we preferred another brand. We requested a return and refund on the item. You have to send them photos of the product which is understandable. They don't provide a return shipping label and they charge you a 5% restocking fee. The problem is the return address is in Canada and to ship it to them was around $38 by both USPS and UPS. UPS asked for a phone number for Lior which I requested through their Chat feature because you can't find a number for them anywhere on there site. Here's the responses I received verbatim:
LIOR: Please use +1 123 456 7890
ME: Area code 123 is not a legitimate #
LIOR: I'm unable to provide a phone number at the moment. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with
LIOR: We don't have any phone numbers, you can use the above phone number and its accepted
Horrible horrible service and definitely looks like they're not legit. With the cost of the item being $45 with a 5% restocking fee and a shipping charge of $38 it doesn't make sense to send it back. Do you think they have you send it to Canada so it's expensive and you won't return the item? We did buy two kangaroo shirts and are keeping them

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I ordered a kangaroo shirt for my son-in-law for Christmas. I ordered it in November. I didn’t receive it until January. It sat in Chicago for two weeks. I contacted the company numerous times to see where my package was. I always got a blanket response. The shirt finally came in January. I contacted the company for a refund was told to send pictures of the shirt, which I did. After no response, I contacted them asking why I had not received a response, attaching my pictures again. I received a blanket response stating that I was bothering them and they would not respond anymore to my requests. No refund.

bought a t-shirt from them, customer service was really supportive assiting me in choosing the right size, they also helped me doing easy exchange from XS to S.

Lior should change name to Liar

I have been trying to get a refund for the 2 t-shirts I ordered. Their policy states VERY clearly on their website “YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED”

No communication, no parcel, no refund

I ordered 2 T shirts on the 29th of Nov.Was supposed to be express , insured.It was arriving and taken by Evri to deliver but they delivered it to some other address and now I dotn have my items.Lior did not acknowledge my query and stopped responding.Evri aak to contact the company as they also dont feel responsible.
I have £61 down the drain and no products, lot of stress and waiting.I had to report it to my bank as I feel like ai have been scammed.
The company has no communication other than automated reply with no proper help or answer, I d never order from them again, -also using Evri as delivery partner again just prooves they not very interested in what way customer receives or not their parcel.
What about paying for "insured" delivery?Nonsense....so where is my parcel or my money??!Awful comany!

Hole after 1 wash!

I bought a shirt from this brand from a consignment shop that still had the store tags on it. I washed it 1 time and it got a hole in it. Unbelievably bad quality, the original price tag was for like $80 so I thought i was getting a good deal paying 20. Not even worth $5.

SCAM

Took a month to get the merchandise. extremely small even for a 2 week old. Return policy in the fine print is totally different than the 100% money back guarantee on their website landing page. You have to pay for restocking fee and the shipping fee back to them which always more expensive than the merch itself unless you are willing to walk there.

Scam Scam Scam Scam

Ordered this for my son and it showed it was delivered on 10/6, never got it. I emailed twice & I got a response of "check your mailbox, look around your porch, ask your neighbor & call the post office". All that was done before I emailed. Does anyone know where this company is at?

Scam store - do not buy

Tshirt pouch was not big enough to hold my 1 month old baby- so I wonder what babies its actually made for?

Anyways they basically make it as hard and inconvenient to return (that's if they get back to you at all). They don't adhere to EU consumer law so you basically are left holding the bag. You will never get your money back.

Got what I ordered, but it took a while

It took almost a month but I finally got the goods! The kangaroo shirt (luckily, the color and size that I chose) fits snugly and the seams are strong enough to hold a big baby such as my son.

I also got the bandoleer, it's nicely built and cool looking.

Delivery time's the only spot, I was a bit afraid once I read the reviews (of course I read them only after placing my order 🤦🏻‍♂️), but I guess I was lucky enough with my order.

It shouldn't be about luck though!

I'll update it to 5 stars once I know Lior fixed other people's orders as well.

Scam

This site is a SCAM. I never received my order and they said it was a failed delivery attempt that they could not make contact with me and it was sent to the local postal office which was NOT TRUE.

Kangaroo pouch shirt Never Delivered

Ordered a Kangaroo pouch shirt for the dad of our upcoming grandchild.
Shirt was never delivered. Lior says it was delivered thru US Postal Service. We checked with USPS, they verified they never received this package from Lior.
Several attempts to contact Lior have gone unanswered.
