The floor's final appearance is fantastic. As an avid DIY hobbyist with numerous projects under my belt, I found the installation to be generally smooth, though a bit tricky around the edges. Laminate Depot offers excellent service. If I had to nitpick, the order took slightly longer than expected to ship, but just by a few days. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

After being let down badly by another…
After being let down badly by another flooring company, I was in a really stressful situation just before Christmas with no flooring in my home. I called Laminate Depot and Zain answered – and honestly, he was an absolute lifeline.
Zain went above and beyond in every possible way. He was calm, kind, professional and genuinely cared about helping me. He even opened the shop when it was closed just to make sure my flooring could be arranged and delivered on time. He also helped organise reliable fitters at a fair price, which was incredible given how last-minute everything was.
What stood out most was his kindness, honesty and humanity. When you’re under pressure, that means everything. He didn’t have to do what he did — but he did, and I’ll never forget it.
Thanks to Zain, what could have been a complete disaster turned into something that was handled with care and integrity. I genuinely wish him and Laminate Depot every success — they deserve it.
Highly, highly recommended.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the exact type of flooring I wanted, and I was genuinely impressed with Deluxe Carpet and Flooring from start to finish. Their pricing was by far the cheapest I found, with excellent delivery options, without compromising on quality — the flooring is truly premium.
Communication was seamless, easy, and almost instant, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. I had lots of questions and every single one was answered quickly and fully by Zain. The team are extremely knowledgeable and clearly know their products well.
After placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised to receive delivery the very next morning!!! The delivery team were fantastic — great communication and very helpful with the kerbside delivery.
I found this company by chance through a Google search, and I’m so glad I did. I’m super impressed and cannot recommend them highly enough. I would most definitely use them again.

I would give 10 star if I could! Excellent service. Fast delivery, I was updated right throughout until delivery. The delivery driver super helpful. Had a call 30 minutes before delivery which was helpful…! :D

I was their worst nightmare as a…
I was their worst nightmare as a customer ....gave incorrect address, was not problem amended the next day....emailed asking when it would be arriving, again an instant response with i formation aiming to have delivered within 1 week...2 days later delivered exactly within time allocated... driver called 30 mins before arrival ...driver was friendly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service I recieved was fantastic I have absolutely no complaints the laminate seems great quality (not had a chance to fit it yet) I will definitely use this company again ...I may even use them for my artificial grass too in the summer thanks to all involved with my order your service was faultless
