First time I have used this company and cant fault them, after a lot of shopping around to find spc flooring at a competitive price and of reasonable quality and simplicity of installation, I picked a light oak floor at a really good price and although sceptical when I didn’t see it prior to ordering I was well impressed with the quality and ease of installation , will definitely shop with you again

Ordered a large amount of flooring to do a full house renovation. Quick pallet delivery, very good price, free underlay, good quality flooring, not hard work to fit. Company had good communication and customer services.

Great company. Bought some lovely flooring at a great sale price (yet to receive or lay) so can’t comment yet. However, this company gets top marks for their quick responses and communication.

Ordered a bundle of flooring for a great price but when it come 2x flooring packs was damaged so spoke to them over WhatsApp and was sorted straight away. Brilliant customer service

Several packs of flooring arrived damaged, with boards inside also damaged and unusable. I provided clear photographic evidence and was instructed by Floor Depot to complete their damage claim form, only for them to then refuse the claim because it was outside their 48-hour reporting window.

I explained that the internal damage was only discovered when the packs were opened by my flooring specialist, but they simply hid behind their courier insurance policy. I then asked for the matter to be escalated as a formal complaint and they completely ignored me.

I was actually about to place another order to floor the remaining rooms in my home, and my parents also need flooring for their house. Both orders will now be going elsewhere.

Very poor way to treat a returning customer. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company.

Was looking for a particular colour palette in spc planks for my livingroom floor of grey tones with lighter oak shades mixed together. I saw one on The Floor Depot site that I thought might work and was a great price compared to elsewhere.Distressed grey oak premium spc 6mm. After receiving a free sample I still wasn't sure as the sample was a board that had a lighter tone. I contacted them by WhatsApp and got into a conversation with Paul who was very helpful and sent me more pictures of the boards and made other suggestions. I decided to go for it and made the order. Delivery was within a few days and I received communication from both the Floor Depot and the delivery company as to when it would arrive. Now my floor has been laid I am extremely happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend both the actual flooring and the Floor Depot themselves. Their communication prior to and after my delivery can not be faulted. I would certainly purchase again from them.

Been trying for a week to get samples. But unfortunately they use evri and nothing ever arrives.
Having one final attempt but the floor depot staff don't reply either.

The customer service team reached out to me and even offered to send with a better courier. Couldn't ask for better than that. Thank you.

Dreadful customer service communications.

Price is competitive, and the quality is decent enough for the money. But the SPC click system feels weak compared to other systems I’ve used as a fitter, and the overall quality is more “cheap” than “luxury.”

I also had a multiple quality problem with two boxes ended up with unusable planks. It cost more in the long run because I had to wait for replacements instead of cracking on with the job.

I wouldn’t use Flooring Depot again as a professional fitter, even if the prices look like they save a few quid.

Great service, very happy with the quality of the floor and service.

Will use this company again for my other floors.

I ordered my flooring and within 30 minutes i had a text message confirming order and checking if i needed additions such as trim finishes. The order was processed speedily, arrived on time with a friendly helpful courier. Flooring itself is beautiful and easy to do when u get in a rhythm -me a total novice. Follow up texts from company to checkin with everything was a nice touch.
