The service was so proffesional and quick from start to finish,brilliant communication too.

After visiting all the well known flooring suppliers, we decided to look online. I came across Floor Depot and was drawn by their much lower prices. I was a little apprehensive as it was an online shop but thought I’d order some free samples and go from there. The samples arrived promptly and the communication throughout was great. As we had to wait for a date from our builder, I didn’t order the flooring right away and there was no hard sell or constant emails from Floor Depot. Eventually I decided to put my faith in the company and I’m so pleased I did. I ordered 22 boxes of the Rustic Riviera Oak SPC Click and not only did this come in significantly cheaper than the big name stores but it arrived soon after ordering and very well packaged. The courier kept me informed on delivery and the flooring arrived in fantastic condition.
Our new floor is down now and I’m so pleased I bought from Floor Depot. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Floor Depot for a great product and brilliant service.

Optimistic about ordering online but samples came and was such good quality. The floor is now laid throughout my hall into kitchen into dining into lounge and looks absolutely stunning it has made my old house look alive again. I love it and everyone has commented on how lovely it is.

The delivery was quick and efficient kept me updated, driver was helpful.
Product went together very positively and looked great. I laid 13 boxes in 4 rooms and 2 cupboards in 2 days.
Amazed how well it went together and looked after it was down.

This company deserves 10 stars , but can only give 5 .placed an order , got a delivery date ...order came Friday..layed the floor sunday , placed another order Monday.so we can dp our hall & kitchen ..the floors are lovely , good solid flooring & great colour choices 👍

Really quick delivery, LVT boxes wrapped on a pallet so arrived in perfect condition. Feels like a luxury product and with the built in underlay it’s quick and easy to install.
