We took a chance after reading a number of negative reviews, and spoke to the floor depot via WhatsApp to see different colours etc, and they were incredibly helpful!
We ordered over 50sqm of flooring and it is everything it said it would be, so incredibly hard wearing!
Looks incredible in our open plan kitchen/dinning room & living room!
Would use again.

Brilliant service from start to finish made is easy to order, and arrived when they said it would no damage to the flooring absolutely lovely quality will definitely recommend to others and will be uaing them again for laminate.

Excellent flooring at great prices

Ordered the 12mm laminated flooring from Floor Depot. They gave me a proper amount of flooring for 2 rooms with a really good underlaying. We’ve got a good discount. The quality is very good nice looking. Followed the instructions to lay down and it worked perfectly and quickly. We are happy with all the way through with this. Well packed no any damage. Our house’s floor has been done by their products and we will finish it with another order later on as they are trustworthy. Thanks

Love my flooring! Quick delivery

Placed an order mid July and received an email stating my order had been dispatched. Because of this email I booked for work to be undertaken at my property 12 days after purchase as this seemed like a reasonable timeframe given confirmation of dispatch.

8 days later and still no flooring despite the delivery times stating between 3-7 days.

No comms form the company so chased for an update for a couple of days with zero response. Getting hold of someone is an absolute nightmare!

Finally received a phonecall from them to explain that the flooring was in fact out of stock and hadn't been dispatched. Something to do with their "drop shipping" process. This left me 2 days from fitting without flooring and the company saying their T&C's state work should not be booked until you receive the flooring.

Really understood what we needed, came round relatively quickly and did a really good job. I love it!

Absolutely brilliant company. Ordered online and got a what's app message straight after asking if I need anything else. Top customer service. Highly recommend using theses guys

Bought from this company twice and my brother bought once from my review. Unfortunately, the second load turnt up damaged and I was denied a proper refund as I did not take pictures of each damage piece. The form just said upload 4 images of damage. I had 18 planks damaged and needed to show pictures of all 18 planks damaged. Maybe this will help the next person if this occurs. Unfortunately this has left a bitter taste and I will no longer do business with this company.
