Yes very good service but bulbs could have been pack better when sent with rest of packaging instead of 10 bulbs being loose to roam about in a box from Holland to Ireland. Have not put together yet... Voir plus

4 put of the 12 light faulty
4 put of the 12 light fittings cannot be used as the ring for fitting and removing the bulb does not turn. The key provided with each light fitting to release the inner ring fitting is unable to turn the ring to open it.
Really disappointed with the failure rate.

The lights are good quality- I couldn’t…
The lights are good quality- I couldn’t fault the delivery. I did pick the wrong bulbs - which no one told me weren’t suitable for the light fittings - but the return process is really very easy so I have no complaints

Excellent site for buying lighting that's safety & quality tested for Europe. I've now purchased a couple of times from them.
Not sure, but think they're based in Netherlands, but possibly manufacturing in China...
*On May 10th I placed an order, got confirmation straight away.
* Mon 11th got shipping & tracking information
* Weds 13th, order was delivered (to Ireland)
* Really well packaged in very robust cardboard boxes.
* All items present, in perfect condition as described, plus instructions.
* I really like, also, that they sent a follow up email with links to video instructions. These are also available on their website product pages.
Oops - that's 6 stars now, not 5 ;)
