Yes very good service but bulbs could have been pack better when sent with rest of packaging instead of 10 bulbs being loose to roam about in a box from Holland to Ireland. Have not put together yet... Voir plus

Not a good product or customer service
Bought a tall floor lamp among other products, and I managed to shatter part of the lampshade while assembling it. The glass was ridiculously thin and fragile. I hoped I could buy another shade or a better shade to replace it, but they simply replied that they don't sell spares for it, so the entire floor lamp is destined for the landfill. Not a good product or customer service.

Ordered outdoor lights that were listed…
Ordered outdoor lights that were listed as 'in stock' on 2nd May and had numerous emails advising of delayed dispatch dates most recent 24th May .... no idea when the item will be delivered but 14 days after taking my money and not dispatched doesn't feel like a company focused on providing a positive customer experience.

You will never get the item
Was waiting for the item more than a week. DPD link was not able track, finally DPD replies, theye didn't receive the item from the sender. Wasting everyones time and money. Now when I asked to cancel the order, they say they cant since DPD didn't inform that the item is not with them. Now the money is gone and no one take responsibilities .

The delivery service was good ,but…
The delivery service was good ,but product was not what I expected,it was an outdoor garden light,made of some type of plastic material light works good but in the wind the 3 light structer shakes in the wind and yest the light covers blew of even though I had them secured tightly before I put the light up luckly i seen them on ground before the rain came and was fit to coverights with plastic before the rain came as it would have destroyed elecs.so not happy with product
