I moved in my new home 18 months ago. I was in desperate need for new windows and doors, due to being freezing last winter. The filters even said the windows was 25 years old. I contacted Lancashire glass, Peter arrived with samples, gave me a great quote. Peter was very professional and polite man. The lads come to fit the windows and doors. Very professional and friendly men.they put dust sheets down and was constantly cleaning while working. I would 100% recommend Lancashire glass to family and friends

My wife and I were in need of new windows. We had five quotes/ sales people in our home. Therefore, we simply asked, can you give us your best quote as we are shopping around. Lancashire Glass and Glazing / Peter offered us a very fair price for both us and them, with quality windows/ fitting. Peter provided a non-pushy sales pitch which was great for us, as we found other companies to be slightly aggressive with their sales which completely put us off. Peter said, “this is the best quote I can give” with no wiggle room, which is great, as I hate the haggling and worry as to whether you had been ripped off.

Anyway, the NEXT day we pay our deposit, two lads were round to do a survey, accurately measure the windows.

We were given a fitting date and no less than 3.5 weeks later, we had two fitters knock on the door, on time, ready to start the job!

We had all windows in our house fitted which were 9 total however classed as 11 due to having a large bay window. The lads completed the job in 2 days, working till late to get the job boxed off, they put sheets down to keep in doors tidy and they tidied the mess away from outside at the end of the day.

We have seen some reviews on here which simply do not reflect the service we received! The two fitters just cracked on, no issues at all. The main fitter even gave us some advice. He also brought to my attention my patio doors had dropped and was shutting properly which will cause a draft in winter… without hesitation he said “don’t worry, we will sort it”… this wasn’t part of their job, as the doors weren’t being updated, he did it as a good gesture, now the door closes perfectly, so THANK YOU for you top quality services guys!

As for product, the windows look and feel class. The house feels new, I am excited to see the difference in winter. I cannot offer a review as to whether they stand the test of time, as they are a couple days old. However, you do get a 10 year guarantee, just note, I thought this covered everything however I received - 2 years for locks, 5 years for sealant and 10 years for discolouration.

Again not an issue, modern windows are built to last much longer than 10 years.

Peter arrived to ascertain our requirements. A very professional man who brought with him samples of windows and doors. He was so knowledgeable and informative, we had no hesitation in placing our order. As promised the surveyor arrived the following week to check all measurements. The order was placed with a promise windows and doors would be ready for fitting upon our return from holiday. They were. The three gentlemen fitters arrived on time and they were just that, real gentlemen. So very polite and hardworking. They finished the job within 2 days, 8 windows and 2 doors. Used dust sheets and cleaned up after themselves. A very big thank you to them. We are so pleased with the finished product and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. From start to finish, excellent.

Excellent performance in a tight timeframe. It is often a lot of bad press for double glazing companies but I am pleased to say that you afforded me great service from Peter in sales to Taha in admin and the lads who came to fit the job. Genuinely honest & reliable company. Had my house windows changed with a new composite front door. Superb quality and fitted by 2 truly hard working guys. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would give 10 stars if I could.

Front door:- New upvc door in anthracite grey with new glass pane and number at top.Very pleased with the job organised by Mr Bridall. I didn't need to be in for the surveyor to take measurements. The two fitters were very polite and did a fantastic job . They didn't rush and took care that the job was done well.
