Landed Avis 

I was really encouraged by this program and seemed to be on the right track, I submitted all the documents being requested and my credit was run only to be told that they couldn't work with me because of the bankruptcy on my report. I had disclosed this information on my initial phone consult and was made to believe that it wouldn't be an issue. I now have an inquiry on my credit report which knocked some points off of my credit and back to square one in my hopes of owning a home of my own.

Landed stands behind their product. I think they really are in it to help certain groups (for me, a professor) afford to buy in high-priced areas.

Our home purchase had lots and lots of hiccups, and in the end Landed was a good partner. Very happy we connected with Landed.

I met with someone a couple of months ago and he was supposed to have someone with the credit department contact me. No one has contacted me as of this date. I'm really want to get into this program and start the process in becoming a home owner but I'm a little disappointed.

Great program for many first responders, teachers, nurses ETC. Glad to be a part of a program that appreciates and gives back.

Bad service. Easy in the beginning but tough to get a hold of thereafter.

Since working with Landed and my financial coach things have been great. I have made a lot of real strides toward my ultimate goal of home ownership. My financial advisor is wonderful. It was great to hear where we need to start. We had no guidance and this is what we were looking for. Informative, easy to communicate with and straight forward. Can't wait to continue.

I would give 5 stars for being there to help educators to buy homes and I am thankful for that. However, I think needed needs to be more professional in terms of working with a more professional Title Company that meets dead lines and keep promises.
Also, I was not very happy with the post purchase service. I wanted to add the new home to my living will and we started the process December 2021 and was not finalized till March of 2022. The reason for that, they lost the original docs signed and witnessed at the Notary and they could not find it eventual. The, then decided to work and record the copies. How can I trust them in future if they loose docs?

Taking advantage of people. Very tacky. No thank you!!!
