Package is very good and ideal for a portfolio and private landlord. Easy to use and accurate.

Zero Integrity
After trying to access my account in the early hours of the morning when I first left a negative review, Landlord Vision have since removed this review (Twice, so who only knows how many others they have had removed!).
So I shall repost it as people should be aware of how this company is operating now.
Original review:
Such a fall from grace. They clearly only care about getting new customers and offer absolutely no support to their old loyal customers who have no way to switch over to the new software and are stuck with the archaic antiquated older version despite putting up with hefty price increases. I know there's been a change in leadership at the company recently and it seems like this new bunch don't know or care about their customers. I will be cancelling my subscription and looking elsewhere.

We weren’t able to identify you as a customer from the details you provided, so we can’t comment about the service you feel you have received, except to say that we pride ourselves on providing the same level of service to every single customer whether they’re brand new or have been with us for years.

Great company to work with
Great company to work with. Their support is second to none! They are quick to offer solutions to support issues. We have a large portfolio with LV and I can highly recommend this as a landlord software.

Excellent program for Landlords
Excellent program for Landlords to manage their Tenancies. Have been using Landlord Vision for a good few years now and I love it! Very easy to navigate and reasonable priced. Any support I have requested has been superb! Always a rapid response, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Simple software with excellent customer service
Simple landlord software that makes keeping an eye on all aspects of a small portfolio much easier than the spreadsheets I was using before. The customer service is particularly handy - you raise a ticket and get a prompt sensible answer. There's one or two bits of the software that are a bit clunky (deposit returns are pretty involved for instance). But once you get your head round them it works fine. And they will help if you mess it up.

Have used LV for years but now looking…
Have used LV for years but now looking elsewhere as they have abandoned their existing customers with a new version that can't currently be upgraded to.
Update after LV Reply - you have been far from transparent, when we previously reviewed our LV software we were assured by LV that the new version would fix all our existing issues, it might do, but existing users can't use it without copying tens of thousands of data items across manually. This is why we feel abandoned.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you're looking to go elsewhere. We want to reassure you that we are not abandoning our existing customers. We have done our best to make sure that our existing customers are aware that the legacy version of Landlord Vision is still working perfectly and we'll continue to support it for many years to come. It isn't necessary for those using the legacy product to move to the new product. Many customers have expressed an interest in moving to the new product and we're committed to building a migration tool to support this.
At the moment both versions are running different specifications and they need to be brought into line before any meaningful migration can happen. We have been transparent with all customers throughout the launch ensuring that we sent a number of communications detailing how we would continue to support existing customers for many years, the limitations of the new software, and the limitations of migrating at this current time. We will continue to communicate with our customers regarding the development and launch of the migration tool.
Landlord Vision review
Having all information in one place is great. However, inputting data in some instances is a little clunky.
Having just started with LV it is disappointing to find a new version of the software has been released and that transfer of data from the old system to the new is not going to be straight forward.
Hopefully the new system will prove to be much smoother in operation but only time will tell

Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you benefit from having a place to store all of your information.
The new version has been designed based on user feedback and built with 10 years of property management insight.
We are currently working on a migration tool for any of our customers who do want to migrate. When this is in place, customers will be able to transfer their data over. In the meantime, legacy Landlord Vision is still up and running as normal. We're continuing to support the legacy version for many years to come as we understand that not all customers want to move over. The reality is that the new version isn't yet up to the same specification as the legacy version and they need to be brought in line before any meaningful migration can happen.

Great software, easy to use and very comprehensive in managing rent payments and mortgages for an affordable price. Makes self management worth it

A handy tool for small portfolio Landlords
Landlord Vision allows you to manage your properties and tenants from anywhere in the world (with access to the web). It provides a comprehensive store for all the records a Landlord needs to keep, with prompts for certificate renewals, rent reviews, inspections, and connectivity with your bank, dependant on the package you choose. The team works continuously on improvements and the support staff are brilliant, responding quickly with clear solutions. The site also provides bite-size training modules on all aspects of "how to do ...". Not quite worthy of five stars as it's still a little clunky in places (as I see it) and the basic package is unnecessarily thin. Having joined at the Beta stage, I have yet to be tempted elsewhere. Highly recommended.
