Worst ever! Got duped into paying 55 euro for a map (Which looks like a screenshot of what you see on Eircode.ie!!) The title folio information tells you nothing.....some random names entered in there. Pure SCAM! Report this site please!
They do not deserve one star. I thought they were a government site and I did feel suspicous when an email came through at 2 am, clearly not on my timezone. I paid the lowest price and received an email looking for further information. I realise they are fraudulant. I am going to report the site.
If I could give zero stars I would, this site take your money, tell you it’s not registered so can’t provide anything but take your money and ignore requests for refund, SCAM!!
Was applying for deeds as I needed for fair deal application. Filled out the forms and paid the money and never heard a thing from them. Emailed them twice and no reply. THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!
Do not use this site as they will just take your money and provide absolutely nothing. Ordered a folio and told I had a mortgage. Scammers.

landdirect.ie is the official government website and you get folio for 5euro or certified folio with map for 40euro.
Fake website. Go to the real Land Resistry Ireland dot com website instead. This website charges you EUR30, tells you to contact them in 24hours if you haven't received the documents, then issues you a partial refund. So you spend at least EUR15 for nothing. All automated messages.
Just like the last review I was conned by this service. They charge €54.98 for a service that you can get for less on an official website. If you want to know if a property is registered, go to an official Irish website like www landdirect ie and take it from there. This website directs you to a UK address and your money is gone to Abu Dhabi in seconds. If you read their terms and conditions, you can see that it is written by someone who doesn't have a lot of english, of maybe they used Google translate. When I complained, I was amazed that I got a partial refund of €25. It still cost me €30. They are answering my emails with a generic response but with no specific details. I will take this further as I don't like being ripped off.
This company is not the official Irish Land Registry site. When I realised this it was too late and I had already paid them €54.86. I received two emails from them saying I might have only provided a partial address and to send more information, the address provided was full and correct including the eircode. All emails in reply to their email from my account bounce back as undeliverable. The emails are signed UK Land Registry Online, yet when I emailed what I thought was the UK version of this site they replied saying "Sorry you keep tagging our email in this order, the company who you have placed the order with is not associated with our company, they have simply copied the domain very closely". Payment on my credit card shows up as LAND REGISTRY ABU DHABI AZ.
I have tried requesting a refund, emailing them from a different email address but this correspondence has been ignored.
