It was easy to use but I was very disappointed when the results was no record. I feel I should not have had to pay £36 to find that out. I guess I'm relieved I didn't pay the extra £10 for a fasteraservice

READ ALL THEIR SMALL PRINT
This company obviously disputes all my experience with them— reciting their script repeatedly about their terms and conditions. Sophia is kept mighty busy copying and pasting!
They have tied up their dealings to protect themselves from accusations of bad advice, poor customer service, over pricing and even mis selling! Out of all those 1 star challenging reviews I wonder if ANY got any recompense. The offer to communicate via their enquiries email will get you nowhere. They are still denying me any of my £54 back and that was for incorrect customer advice. How does Muhammad live with himself?
I am pleased for those giving 4 or 5 star reviews because it appears they are unaware ( as I was for a while) that they could have got the same information for about an eighth of the cost from the Government website.
I cannot believe these third party companies are not investigated and highlighted more. Where is Rogue Traders and Watchdog when you need them.

I AM VERY HAPPY TO NOW REPORT I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE CHARGE FOR THE OUTSTANDING DOCUMENT THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A DUPLICATE SHEET ALREADY PURCHASED.
THEY SUGGEST I MIGHT CONSIDER CHANGING MY REVIEWS SO I PROMISED TO ADD CONFIRMATION OF THE REFUND WHEN IT ARRIVED. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE REQUIRED MY CONSTANT BADGERING TO GET THIS HOWEVER AND NO HOPE OF AN APOLOGY! BE VERY WARY AND JUST GO TO THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT SITE!!!!

CON MERCHANTS! Having paid more than 3 times what a conveyance would be from the government , I only received part of it! When ordering you fill out boxes why you need it, yet all that was clearly ignored. I was told the information I was sent (just the plan) was the only part of the conveyance they had, yet the title register does refer to written words from it which is the part I needed. If they don't have a full conveyance they should inform you before you pay. These fraudsters wont give me a refund either!! Stay well clear and use the official government service instead!

Very efficient
Very efficient. I used on line services between meetings at work and in my haste to complete the request I didn’t request all documentation for my tittle deeds etc. Within minutes I received a call from a gentleman in land registry offering to assist me. Everything was done and completed within 2 minutes and I received all documentation via email with confirmation printed copies would be sent by tracking with Royal mail. Fabulous and very efficient service.

Fulfilled but costly experience.
Straightforward procedure and quick response.
However very confusing pricing issues. Online pages referring to individual costs which I accepted were not reflected when I actually came to enter my card details.ie the total cost i was asked to pay bore resemblance to what I previously agreed to.
In addition I also requested and paid for a ‘hard copy’ to be posted to my home address, however a downloaded PDF copy was all I will receive.

Scam – avoid this company.
I received a call from Online Land Registry while I was at work, and at the same time my solicitor was explaining my actual Land Registry process. I got confused between the two and trusted them, thinking they were connected to my solicitor. They took £88.80 from me immediately.
Within 20 minutes I realised it was not the official Land Registry and I contacted my bank to stop the payment, but even the bank refused the refund. I never received any real service from them.
I still don’t know how they got my phone number, which is very concerning.
Please be careful — do not trust them.
