Cover skin really well and customer services was excellent

I ordered mine over a month ago and still have not received it. Has anyone els experienced this ?

Couldn’t wait for my foundation to arrive after reading fab reviews, I was so disappointed as it really dries your skin out. I won’t bother returning after reading reviews from others saying they’re getting no response. I shall just put it down as a bad purchase.

Very hard to get them to work with you on a return. They want you to buy another product to get the foundation to even work. It sucks the moisture out of your skin. They want you to "try it with the serum," meaning that you need to buy yet another product. Do not buy from them.

The color is lighter is person than the photos....if I get another bottle it will be a shade.

Already suggested a friend looks at your products. You have great customer service which seems to be rare these days.

I sent an email 3 days ago to see about returning the items I bought as it does not work for me. Very thick and too hard to blend into my skin. Tried different brushes and sponges, still not luck. I have not heard back from them yet. I'm hoping the return isn't as difficult as the reviews have shown. Would love to give a positive experience, even if it's just the return.

This foundation is crap! They try to sell you 2 different colors to blend. I ordered 1. It was the right color for me. It is very drying. Maybe over a moisturizer it would have spread better. It sticks in your pores and you face looks like clay. Tried it both ways. Doesn’t matter. It’s cheap for a reason. Don’t waste your money.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating because you can not get samples to try and the color is slightly lighter than I normally use, despite giving my usual shade to color match. However I am delighted with the consistency, the long lasting coverage and how my skin looks!

You only need a small dot (pea size or less). Coverage is excellent. Doesn’t give a dry cakey finish- doesn’t sit in wrinkles- but less is definitely the way to go! Lasts well giving (for me), a lovely natural finish. Add more for example, under your eyes or if you prefer a heavier look.
