Lanera Avis 

I've had to spend a great deal of money going to my doctor and dermatologist,trying to heal my face. Very red,itchy,puffy,tight,dry skin all over my face and neck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Trying to return dry product I do not want! Only had it 2 days and wrote to return the 3 bottles I ordered. No success after several emails. Buyer be ware!

Absolutely rubbish, dried into every pore and showed up every crease around eyes , horrible, waited for weeks to come and had to take it off and go to work without make up on at all. I’m learning to get very suspicious of adverts on social media that only show the good comments. I wish I’d checked here first and saved money.

I asked for my order to be cancelled as I have sensitive skin
It was cancelled immediately and payment refunded to paypal

Very happy with this, excellent coverage, good conpany, tiny amount goes along way...not the quickest delivery but worth the wait. Very much like lancome foundation.

My delivery still hasn't arrived after 8 days, keep saying they've tried to deliver despite me being home. My mums Christmas present.

Annoyed that the product is shipping from China. I don't trust skin products from China so it's a waste of money for me :-( Feel silly that I believed the marketing that they are using. Should have known it's too good to be true.
Also I noticed on Trustpilot that every other negative comment is followed up by an extremely positive comment in return. As if they have a robot writing a 5 star review after your one star one. Also all of the reviews are from the US or GB? I live in the Netherlands. Doesn't any other customer live outside US or GB? This is strange, isn't it.

The color of foundation I ordered was too pale - I emailed Lanera who have replaced it with a darker shade free of charge and told me not to be bother wasting my money sending the other one back - really great customer service and good product - I just ordered the wrong colour.

Even if this makeup does not work for you, Lanera stands behind their promise regarding returns and refunds, and they do it very quickly. A company you can trust!

Your product is lovely, and your customer support is great. I had received a faulty bottle (plunger didn't work) and it was replaced in no time. Thank you.

Got this from a friend who picked the wrong colour. Yes it is thick and you don't need much and yes it can give the look of a mask. I apply hydrator/moisturiser/spf first and then a tiny bit of Lanera, mixed with a light foundation which I use regularly. It is fine on my skin, not drying at all but it will be if you just slap it on your skin, straight out of the bottle. I'm 63 with pretty good skin for my age.

The makeup had great coverage. The color blended well.

They do not honor their stated 100% return policy. The foundation is thick, hard to apply, and settles into fine lines. Makes you look way older. I asked to return, they said use it with a moisturizing serum and a primer. I don't need all that. All they wanted to do was send another bottle. I got scammed.

I Love Lenera! This is my first time using, but will definitely purchase again. It makes my skin look amazing. I'm 80 yrs old.

I wish I'd have read comments on Trust Pilot before purchasing from Lanera. I was taken in by the Facebook reviews. It seemed like the product came from USA - it does not, it is made in China - waste of time and money returning anything as you have to pay for the return. The product does have a good coverage but is thick and drying on the skin. Lesson learned. i will never buy again!
