Ich bin, wie andere, auf die massive Werbung bei FB mit nur guten Bewertungen hereingefallen. Ich ging davon aus, ein US-Produkt zu erhalten. Nach Versand bekam ich eine Sendungsverfolgung aus China. Nach langer Wartezeit erhielt ich die 2 bestellten Foundations (mit einem Absendeetikett Yun - only for seller -, Otto-Hahn-Straße 44a und 44b, 63303 Dreieich, Deutschland, einem Logistikgebäude) Ich habe 1 ausprobiert. Das Produkt ist wie Theaterschminke, setzt sich in jeder Pore ab, verstärkt kaum vorhandene Fältchen und trocknet die Haut aus, die dann spannte, obwohl ich vorher eine Feuchtigkeitscreme auftrug. Ich setzte mich mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung und bat um die Rücksendeadresse. Dies ist nun nach Mails hin und her 926 Kennard Way, Sunnyvale CA, 94087, wo ein Einfamilienhaus mit 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern angesiedelt ist. Die Rücksendung geht auf eigene Kosten. Genau wie viele andere wünschte ich, ich hätte die vielen negativen Bewertungen auf Trustpilot vorher gelesen. Abgesehen von der schlechten Qualität des (China-) Produktes bin ich auch mit dem Kundenservice nicht zufrieden, da eine Rücksendung an ein Einfamilienhaus bei einem derart hohem Bestell- und vermutlich auch Retourenumfang absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig erscheint. Ich zweifle auch am Wahrheitsgehalt der hier abgegebenen positiven Bewertungen.

Had high hopes for this foundation but sadly I have
put it in the bin . Live and learn !,

I didn’t like it at all , it dried into my pores and I felt it made my few lines around my eyes worse .
Also it comes from China which makes me wonder if it’s ethical!!

I bought this on impulse after reading the facebook reviews and in all honesty didn't even expect it to arrive. The product is great, you don't need much and it covers well. One of the shades I ordered was a bit too pale but the other was perfect. Seems pricey but it does last a long time They keep you updated about delivery and all in all it seems a great product from a genuine company. I've just placed my 2nd order today so fingers crossed!

This is a product being shipped from CHINA, and that is not disclosed until the shipment has already occurred so that you are not able to cancel the order. When questioned the response is that the makeup is "designed" in the USA but manufactured and shipped from CHINA. Then when you receive the makeup, you'll note that the company has covered the label from CHINA with an address from Franklin Park, IL!

This product did arrive like planned but I am not happy with it at all. It was overpriced to begin with but I think it accents my wrinkles and dont like the feel of it on my skin. I would like to know where I need to send it to get a refund

I use (ciate) dewy skin primer before I use this makeup. It makes a huge difference. If you are not using a primer for a full coverage makeup it will settle in your lines and wrinkles. I have never hasmd a issue with this foundation. I wear a mask at work all day and this makeup stays. Definitely worth your money and it does not take but a small amount. The trick is primer.

Bad points... late arrival, colour ok but expected it to be darker. Pump wasn't working, now hit and miss. Matt formular can't see it hod pores and lines. Would love this improved with a dewy look and obviously the pump issue sorting. For me its 8/10 for coverage. Would be good if they sold a primer to go with this product. Would I re order? Would be interested to try il Makiage to see if its better or is this the same marketing web company?

Not great and does not last very long, sadly negative reviews on Facebook appear to be removed 😕

Has anyone else had a problem cleaning your face after using this foundation? I have to clean my face at least 3 times with my cleanser, and still have a hard time getting it all off my face

Couldn’t wait to receive this product. Luckily I ordered the perfect colour match to my own foundation which I’ve used for years. Yes I do like it. Goes on well too. The only downfall is I tried Lanera on one side of my face and my original foundation on the other side and I couldn’t tell the difference. I pointed this out to my work colleagues and they said both sides look the same. My original foundation is 3rd of the price.

So pleased I read all your reviews before making a decision to purchase this foundation. Have decided NO. Having been scammed with another company before Xmas pertaining to be "Mint Velvet" I was sceptical about purchasing again on line. Thank you ladies for all your help

took forever to get it. when I finally did...half empty.

Just received my bottle the box was tatty ! Not sealed when I opened it bottle not sealed .
Wry thick like paste and colour radiant
Sand looks like burnt orange awful

Does not do what it says in any way. Very disappointed.
Please don't waste your money.
My husband recycled the package so not able to return.

Horrendous product! Heavy, dry, hard to blend and settles into every pore and wrinkle. I have oily skin and I can't imagine what it would look like on normal skin! Spend your money on a UK made product instead of this Chinese rubbish.

I ordered foundation on November 6 2023 and as of today Jan 21, 2024 I have not received my order.

You can improve by taking this product off the market...
The smell is awful, smells like something out of a factory...the pump doesn't work, I read a review where you asked the buyer to turn it upside down and pump about 50 times...oh please are you for real..I have fine lines and this settled into them and they looked so deep....my friend has deep set wrinkles and I wanted to buy this for her to boost her confidence..I am so glad I wasted my money on me because I laughed at the result this foundation gave me, my friend would have been devastated to say the least...
I shall be staying with my usual foundation which might I say is more expensive than the one your selling...well the old saying is you get what you pay for...once bitten twice shy....this product now has its rightful place ...IN THE BIN....

This product is a scam. I ordered this and took forever to get it and then once I do the bottle is OVER HALF EMPTY!! And when I did use it, it’s showed up in every crease and pore. Very thick and drying. DO NOT BUY!!

Came on to write a glowing 5 star review and tbh I was shocked at the number of negative reviews - definitely a polarising brand, it seems! I hadn't read Trustpilot reviews (just facebook ones and the ones on the site - duh! And if I had, I probably wouldn't have bought the product). BUT I did!

Some people say it's drying, and/or the pump doesn't work, but I didn't find that. I have combination skin - so if anything, I find it leaves my youthful 53yr old skin looking glowing, natural and I feel more confident than ever.

I use the tiniest, teeniest amount (like an 1/8 of a pea size, more like 3-4 sesame seeds'-worth!) in one colour, to lift and highlight e.g. dark circles under eyes, cheekbones, down middle of nose, nasio-labial area and any dark spots (I'm olive-skinned so spots tend to scar before they go away!). I just pat it on with clean, bare fingertips - takes a minute.

Then one shade darker (same amount) to smooth over cheeks and side of nose, and finish between my brows.

I feel like I would be a convert for life, but the negative reviews on their customer service and returns policy are a bit concerning, I admit.

Still, I didn't need those services and the bottles I have are probably going to take FOREVER to get through (no idea how you get the last luscious drops out, it's an awkward bottle - I did think a pot of this would be better!

But it's GREAT value for money so far and I really like the product. This is a genuine review from a satisfied customer. Hope that helps.
