My color was way too light. Would like information on how to return. Can’t find my order number. Will keep buff beige. The nude is way too light.

It doesn't do anything for age lines. Wish I had looked on here before wasting my money. It is very soft. Comes from China

This is shipped from China, is absolutely awful and not how described, this is the worst make up I've ever used. Total Scam

Long delivery time. No indicator at point of order it comes from China. Foundation bottle was nearly empty when it arrived with pump not working. Colours not as shown. Do not buy.

I received my foundation on February 23, and returned it the next day bc it didn't give the coverage it advertised. I filed a dispute March 25, 2024 for a refund.I still have not received a refund. Lanera is fighting it and keep changing the dates that they will resolve the dispute. They have changed the dates 3 times. Now they want me to give information from the pulldown bar and there is not information on my computer that concerns the problem. I have sent them the Tracking number several times. Don't expect a refund from them bc there refund policy is lie!!

Come frome China. A watered down, product, If I'm honest! Do not buy! China as a bad reputation for doing this!
When us the 🇬🇧 realise this.The better! China are fastly. Going to end up with no trade from us, in the UK!

I wish i had seen this site before ordering. As soon as i saw the shipping advice that it was coming from China, I knew I would be disappointed. It took 3 weeks to get here. I’ve used it 3 times and it has dried my skin so bad. Looks terrible at the end of the day. Ugh. Won’t bother trying to return it.

This foundation was not as advertised. It took two weeks to receive because it shipped from China. No indication I was ordering from china. When arrived the bottle wasn't even full and it was no different than any other foundation I have used in the past. Nothing special and would not order again.

Never left any review before but this product seriously damaged my skin, average dry not sensitive skin but experienced bad reaction, lumps under skin that eventually broke out. Never experienced anything like it before ! Be careful, feel fooled for trying this product.

Not as good as max factor face finite which is a 3 in 1 foundation and concealer with a lovely dewy finish. Felt dry on my skin and even though they sent me a lighter colour did not blot out the wrinkles.

Lanera is the worst make up I have ever used. First off, it is according to their packaging "designed in the US, made in China." It has a very chemical odor to it. It provides the same amount of coverage as any other cheaper make-up. The pump was also not working. Yes, a little goes a long way, but I could not tolerate the chemical odor of the makeup. I would not waste my money or time buying this product. Go to a department store and buy your makeup that is made here in the USA, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! IT IS AWFUL! I AM UPSET WITH MYSELF FOR PURCHASING IT!! HORRIBLE!!!

I was just about to press purchase (even after it added £4.00 delivery) as I was so intrigued about this product. I am so glad I looked on trust pilot first. I will not be purchasing. We are all looking for a miracle for our aging skin and companies like this are just taking advantage of that. I’ll stick with a foundation I can purchase in a shop and see the results for myself. It’s not as if there are not plenty of shops selling foundation. I’m annoyed at myself for getting drawn in. 😣🤷‍♀️

Very drying on my skin and does not cover any better than my other foundations. On the adverts I notice that the people on the before and after pictures had no makeup on I would rather see a before picture of them in their regular makeup then the Lanera for a true comparison

I purchased Lanera makeup online. I have not received the order yet. I found out from the tracking that it was coming from China. More investigation shows it is made in China. You will not find this information on their website.

Waiting weeks got it to come used it today and totally disappointed. Dried into every line and pore. I had such high hopes. Also I just used it for the first time. Had trouble using the pump to get makeup out. I took off the pump and jar is almost empty!!!

So pleased I read these reviews before I ordered. The fb ones are all good so I was sceptical. I then read these trustpilot reviews and will not be wasting my money.

Having seen this product on and as I like a foundation with good coverage, decided to try it. Ordered L4 buff beige and as other reviews stated was a lighter shade than expected. So ordered a second one L6 Latte to mix together. As stated, you don't need to use much so should have lasted ages..or so I thought! Not possible to see how much is actually in the bottle. Bottles seemed lightweight and when shaking product can't feel or hear any liquid being mixed . Products were ordered end of January and beginning of February. Have not used much but one bottle almost empty and second bote of Latte is completely finished except what is left on central plastic applicator. I feel I have been conned and have been sent bottles were nowhere near full. Company should use clear glass so that customers can see exactly how much is actually in the bottle when they purchase it. It is not a particularly cheap product and I have also paid two delivery charges. For this reason I will not be purchasing again which is a shame because liked the product.
